Spacious home that comfortably accommodates 10-12 guests with several living areas, two master suites, open decks, a covered porch, spacious inside & outside dining areas, a large garage with exercise equipment & an extra refrigerator, plenty of driveway parking, a large back yard, a nice selection of kid's games & a ping pong table for family fun! There are many nice areas to relax in this lovely home that is only a short walk to a beach paradise, great local restaurants & tax-free shopping. Enjoy a very peaceful beach location with many opportunities for relaxation during the Fenwick Fall season!

This was an amazing beach house with loads of rooms, and less than a block from the ocean. It was one of my most comfortable stays in Fenwick Island DE ever after 30 visits.

We immediately felt at home! The house was immaculate, spacious and everyone loved the ping pong table! Close walk to the beach, shopping and nightly ice cream trips! Short drive to other shore points. Would definitely go back!!

Gorgeous property

This house is stunning. It is large, bright, airy and so well planned for family vacation. The owners are wonderful as they thought of everything to make your visit comfortable and we loved our stay here! I hope we will be able to return again next year. Lots of happy memories were made!

More then expected

The house was large and plenty of room for our group. there was 8 adults all over the age of 50+ there for Ocean City Bike week, the owners Mark and Tami are great to work with and we even got to meet them. would definitely stay there again. The property was gorgeous, very clean and up to date, it was more then we expected.
