Small family holiday home with 3 separate living units, object no. 2902079 (FeWo-direkt), object no. 2903475 (FeWo-direkt) and object no. 2903492 (apartment-direct) and fantastic view. 2 of them are 4 bed apartments (one on the 1st floor, one on the ground floor) and 1 larger studio on the 1st floor. Enjoy the gentle sound of the sea that you can hear and see from the bed.
The house Papadatos is located above the PELEKAS beach (Kontogialos Beach), one of the most beautiful sandy beaches Korfu. 1 km from PELEKAS village and 12 km from KORFU town. Located on the west coast, the view from the apartments of the house over the Ionian Sea. The house is located in a beautiful hillside on a plot with Mediterranean plants, in the midst of a shady olive grove. The quiet location guarantees rest and relaxation. Down to PELEKAS beach is about 80 m walk. Also suitable for several families who want to spend their holidays together.

Nichts für Menschen die schlecht zu Fuß sind oder andere Krankheiten haben. Die Unterkunft liegt so steil nach oben. 40 Prozent Gefälle , Autofahrer müssen echt Profis sein um die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Dann haben die Abends ein absolutes Mücken Problem. Fast den gesamten Tag knallt in den oberen Unterkünften die Sonne rein bis abends. Warum ist dort kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden, man möchte doch Abends auch mal ohne Sonne Sitzen können und was essen können aber geht erst ab 20:30 Uhr. Fazit für uns nie wieder wir sind die Insel abgefahren und es gibt top Orte für viel weniger Geld und tausend mal besser. Achso Dusche nur für kleine und sehr schlanke Menschen gedacht. Badezimmer katastrophal….Also 50 pro Tag wäre in Ordnung gewesen. Und dann maximal zwei drei Tage

Kleine Wohnung, ruhig aber nahe am Strand

Ein zweckmäßig einfach eingerichtetes Einzimmer Appartement. Sehr gut ist der eigene Parkplatz so nahe am Strand, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Ein kleines Bad und eine kleine Küche, aber alles da was benötigt wird. Sehr nette Kontakte zum Vermieter und dem lokalen Ansprechpartner, bei Fragen. :) In Summe: Sehr schön für einen Strandurlaub. Wunderschöner Blick über Pelekas Beach

Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es ist super sauber und man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Der Stechmückenschutz an den Fenstern und an der Balkontür ist lebenswichtig ;) Ein kleines Bonbon ist die tolle Dachterrasse mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Bucht. Nikos ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und hat jede Menge guter Tipps für Ausflüge auch jenseits der ausgetretenen Touristenpfade. Spannend ist die steile Zufahrt zu den Stellplätzen am Haus, buchen Sie einen kleinen wendigen Mietwagen (max. VW-Polo Klasse!), dass ist auf Korfu grundsätzlich kein Fehler.

Schönes Appartment, super Aussicht!

Nette Leute und schönes Appartment, die Aussicht ist großartig! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein Verbesserungspunkt wäre die Dusche, es ist schwierig mit diesem Duschvorhang zu duschen, ohne dass der Boden nass wird. Die Parksituation ist bei geringer Auslastung ok, wenn mehr los ist wirds vermutlich schwierig.

L'emplacement du studio est idéal avec une vue sur l'une des plus belles plages de Corfou. Petits points à améliorer : un équipement vieillissant et prévu à minima. La douche est à refaire. Aucun condiment ou savon à notre arrivée. Il faut tout apporter ou acheter. Attention aussi à la pente pour garer sa voiture, c'est un peu rock and roll.

Immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung und können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von einem sehr sauberen Strand entfernt, der auch gerne von den Locals besucht wird. Der Blick, den man sowohl von der Dachterasse als auch vom Balkon aus hat, ist wunderschön. Die Unterkunft war sauber, hatte alles nötige vorhanden und die Kommunikation war super leicht. :)

Excellent enplacement de la location pour rayonner sur l'île. Dommage que les photos des deux logements étaient mélangées car elles ne montraient pas que le studio ne formait qu'une pièce principale.
