Gem Of Blue Ridge is a breathtaking 4500 sq ft new construction mountain cabin with stunning long range Blue Ridge mountain views that can be seen from almost every room. Filled with original art, handmade rugs, & high end furnishings, the Gem is located about 20 min to the amenities of Blue Ridge. GA (Mercier Orchards, grocery stores, Downtown BR, BR Lake & Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, etc) & will accommodate up to 12 guests. Treat yourself to an extraordinary getaway!

The Space:
This gorgeous new construction 4-bedroom cabin rental featured in Blue Ridge's 2021 Parade of Homes is perfect for large families and groups of friends! Whether you're hanging out on the 1,100 sq ft wrap-around porch and grilling or relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the indoor/outdoor fireplaces, or enjoying the spacious floor plan, the stunning mountain views offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing mountain getaway!

The main floor features an open living room with a wall of windows highlighting the panoramic view. There is a beautiful stone gas fireplace and 80 inch Streaming/Satellite TV, with Sonos surround sound, making meal time and movie nights extra cozy (Please note that gas fireplaces in this cabin are only operable October through April as they heat the entire cabin). There is a half bath and plenty of games (Settlers of Catan , Exploding Kittens, cards, Cards Against Humanity, Wingspan, Do You Know Me, Puerto Rico, and puzzles)!

The main floor also features a large King Master Suite with mountain views, Streaming TV, Sonos, an office with a 24" monitor, universal docking station, and 2 twin size day beds that are perfect for kids. The Master has a gorgeous attached private bathroom that has a walk in closet with workout gear (including Peloton, weights up to 52.5 lbs, bands, and bench) and a marble walk in shower with a panoramic window overlooking the mountains.

The dining room table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island. Enjoy meals overlooking the gorgeous mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped with Viking appliances (ice maker in downstairs Viking fridge), silverware, dishes, wine and spirits glasses, mixing utensils, kid dishes, knife set, cutting boards, pots and pans, bbq tools, rolling pin, grater, strainers, measuring cups, measuring utensils, baking sheets, pie pan, hand mixer, blender, air fryer, food processor, mixing bowls, Tupperware, toaster, 12 cup coffee brew pot, Keurig, and a wine cooler. There is also a fully stocked spice cabinet open to guests.

The main floor porch features a handmade dining table that seats 12, a large stone wood fireplace, 2 fire sense heaters, 65" Streaming Outdoor TV, Sonos, and sitting area. Firewood is provided for your enjoyment and convenience. There is also a Pro Series Pit Boss gas and pellet burning combo grill attached to cabins main gas line. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from this lovely spot of the cabin that we love so much!

The Lower Level features a second entertainment area with large sliding door windows highlighting the gorgeous mountain scenery. There is a pool table with full size ping pong top, full-size shuffleboard, stone gas fireplace, Smart/Satellite TV, Sonos, books, games (Risk, Clue, Life, Mancala, Poker set, Checkers, etc), wet bar (featuring a second Viking fridge/freezer, ice maker, sink, glasses) and a dart board. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, pack n play, high chair, and kids toys.

There are 3 bedrooms on this level. There is a King suite with a 65" Streaming TV, mountain views, a private bathroom with tile walk in shower, and a walk in closet.
The second bedroom is a bunk room with 4 single size beds.
The third bedroom is a King bedroom with a Streaming TV, closet, mountain views, and access to the living room bathroom with a tile walk in shower.

The lower level porch features a hot tub, outdoor seating/table area, and a swinging bed overlooking the mountains.
