This Beach House is the perfect space for a relaxing getaway to the beach for families and small groups of friends. The private patio and heated pool is great for entertaining and boasts a shaded outdoor dining set for 6, 3 sleek Adirondack chairs, a coal Char-griller grill, a outdoor sink and counter space (perfect for preparing cocktails!), custom Corn Hole boards, an outdoor temperature regualted shower, and a half bath right next to the pool. The patio space is decorated with a series of string lights set to come on just as the sun sets to help create an amazing, relaxing environment. After a nice day at the beach, this is the perfect place to retreat to and grill some dinner while family and friends relax in the pool.

Barefoot Bungalow's interior was designed with an open kitchen-dining-living room concept and is perfect for gathering together for meals, movies, games, and more!

The living room has a 55’ Smart Flat Screen TV where guests can log into their own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or other streaming Apps. Basic cable and High Speed Wifi (400mbps) are provided for all guests. We also provide a DVD player and several board games as additional entertainment options!

The kitchen comes fully stocked with brand new pots & pans, full array of cooking utensils, Ninja Blender, Drip & Keurig Coffee Maker combo, Toaster, Air Fryer and Margaritaville Margarita Machine. We offer Keurig coffee pods, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, Tide pods, and paper towels...all the essentials!

With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and the primary bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has built-in twin over twin double bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 4 people. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart flat screen TV, cable, and Wifi. The living room hosts a brand new, queen sized sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress.

Bathrooms are stocked with starter sets of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Toilet Paper to get your stay started off. Stackable Front-load washer & dryer along with iron and ironing board are located outside of the primary bedroom in the Laundry Closet.
