Dear guests,

For your stay is a 105m² pretty semi-detached house with upscale amenities and a relaxed atmosphere.

On the ground floor welcomes you a generous, bright corridor. To use you will find a guest bathroom, a love-making living room with fireplace and a stylish dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.

On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms for up to 7 people. (4 adults and 2 children + 1 baby), a bathroom with shower and bath, toilet and a double sink.

Furthermore, the house has a garage and a garden with terrace, garden lounge and a large garden grill for cozy evenings.

Our semi-detached house is located in a quiet, beautiful, well-kept side street.

Spa taxes are charged in Neustadt per person per day. See photo for levy.
Children up to 18 years are exempted from the spa tax.

Klasse Haus

Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage (Siedlung) ca. 500m vom Zentrum entfernt. Es eignet sich hervorragend als Startpunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Strände von Grömitz, Scharbeutz und Timmendorf sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Aufteilung ausgezeichnet. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit und unser Kleiner (2 Jahre) konnte sehr viele neue Eindrücke gewinnen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin konnte nicht besser sein. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee

Super Objekt, schöne Strände kann man mit dem Auto in 10min erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke und der Hansapark ist auch in der Nähe. Preis-Leistung passt auf alle Fälle. Jederzeit wieder 😊

Sehr schönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Check in und out sowie Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter alles problemlos und easy. Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Objekt sehr sauber und Gepflegt. Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kids ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Das einzig negative, das für die Terrasse kein normaler Esstisch mit Stühlen vorhanden war und nur eine Outdoor Couch mit Tisch. Man konnte dort aber trotzdem essen. Eher Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter. Der Gesamteindruck ist sehr gut und unbedingt weiter empfehlenswert . .
