During your stay enjoy the pool, walks on the secluded beach of the government reservation and location to restaurants and entertainment. We're located a short distance from downtown Fort Walton Beach, the nightlife of Destin, and the Destin-Fort Walton Airport (VPS).

Enjoy the unobstructed views of the ocean from this 3rd floor condo the minute you walk in the door.This oceanfront gem includes beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) from Mar 1 to Oct 31. You will have all the amenities of home with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, washer and dryer in the unit, cable TV, and workspace. Luxury linens are provided for the king size bed in the master bedroom, queen sleeper sofa and single futon, as well as bath towels. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or fun for the whole family, this condo will be a vacation to remember for a lifetime! Between the 30 second walk to the sand and our dedication to personal touches, you will never want to leave!

Always a great time at island sands

Wonderful stay. This company provides a wonderful experience and they are super easy to contact before, throughout and after your stay. We’ve stayed at island sands many times and this unit twice and we couldn’t be happier!

Great view of the ocean! Wonderful location that isn’t overcrowded. Beachfront access is just steps away. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Management was amazing with communication. We will definitely return next summer/fall!

This place is wonderful.

We’ve been to this condominium a few times and this unit has been our favorite! It’s the 3rd floor so the views are to die for. The manager over this unit was so quick to reach out and answer any questions we had. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Perfect beach stay

This was the idea condo for a quick beach trip (I wish it had need longer). The condo was extremely clean upon check in. The decor was extremely nice and comfortable. The kitchen came equipped with everything you would need for a trip. The building the nice and small and quiet. I appreciated the ease of communication and the little gift upon arrival was so nice!! The view was amazing and the access to the beach was super easy and close. Can’t wait to stay again!

2024 Vacation

We had our previous reservations cancelled at the last moment and luckily found this place. This amazing place was exactly as advertised. Being a smaller facility, it was much easier to get to know other renters and their families which was a plus for us. We spent the late afternoons and early mornings sitting on the beach with the provided beach chairs which really helped us to relax and disengage from our busy lifestyles. Sunsets and sunrises were amazing. We'll be renting from A&M/this unit again for our next vacation.

Overall nice condo with all the necessities and a awesome view and quick access to the beach I would recommend them adding a few kitchen towels as there was only one. Bed is hard so I would recommend them putting a soft bed topper on the mattress. Our 2nd year in a row at this complex and we love that it is a not so busy beach.... cant wait to come back

Little Beach Time

This is our third trip to the Island Sands complex and we just love it. Our host was awesome in every way and this unit is one of the best. Even though we're in our 70's we love being on the 3rd floor. You just can't beat the view. We stayed for 10 days and walked to breakfast most every day. Weather was a little cool this trip so we spent a lot of time on the deck. Rich & Janet

Family Vacation
