We absolutely loved this apartment. It was beautiful, cozy, and perfect location for our many day trips around VT and NH. Kris and Jeff were wonderful host, giving us tips on things to do in the area and even suggested Quebec City versus Montreal. They were correct! We would definitely stay there again if we ever make it back up to Vermont.

Great little spot

We only stayed here for a few hours as a pit stop to get some sleep on our way to Jay Peak, but the space is clean & the host has gone above & beyond with many little details throughout the space that made our stay exceptional

We had an amazing stay. The appartement is comfortable and welcoming. It is clean, the host went the extra mile for us to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the location of the appartement and where able to indulge in good food, visit the museum of St Johnsbury and much more.

Fairbanks Retreat

This is a lovely place to stay. It is well managed and kept up. The beds were very comfortable and the owner left us a sweet greeting that made us feel very welcome. We look forward to staying there again if possible as we have family in the area and found the location just perfect and near downtown St Johnsbury.

The property was so cute and well maintained. The owner was so sweet and left us a card and chocolates. Property location very close to downtown St. Johnsbury. The owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was easy to find and the parking was clearly labeled. The stairs are very steep but we're cleared from the snow and were not slippery. This space was very warm and cozy when we walked in on a cold winter night. There were board games and a Roku TV. My friend and I were both very comfortable in each queen bed. In the morning there were all the options for caffeine! We relaxed with tea and coffee in the morning looking at the beautiful snow out the big windows. When I messaged the host to ask a question, she responded immediately. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Place

The apartment was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the coffee bar set up was much appreciated. All four of us were very impressed and would highly recommend. Only thing to keep in mind is stairs are very steep as advertised.

A lovely spot at the edge of town

We really enjoyed our brief stay in St. Johnsbury and this house was a great way to experience it. Excellent, thoughtful touches with snacks, a very organized and helpful guide to the local scene, and a super-straightforward process for arriving and accessing the house.

Great weekend

I stayed with two of my friends for a weekend. The unit was clean and well represented by the description posted. We particularly enjoyed the walkability to the center of town. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to enjoy what Saint Johnsbury has to offer.

Clean, quiet, good location

We were pleased with the property and with interactions with the owner/manager. Plenty of room and with a private, nice second-floor porch. Bit of a steep stairway to the apartment, which was on the second floor.

Visiting family

Second year staying here. We didn’t even research for a different place We were close to my son in lyndonville, able to have dinners and play games on our deck in evenings. Close enough to hiking areas (within walking or driving distance), corn mazes, Sunflower farms, and able to walk into St. Johnsburry for shopping or a meal. Love this place!
