Water Front Cottage On Wooded Lot, Just Minutes To Cavendish Beach

Welcome to 155 Seawood Dr, Stanley Bridge. This cozy cottage is located on a water front lot within the cottage subdivision of Seawood Estates. Only minutes away is Cavendish where you will find red sand beaches, incredible restaurants, world class golf courses, and activities for all!

The open concept main area features a high end kitchen with a propane stove, dining area which seats 6, and the living room with a cozy fire place. There is a heatpump which has A/C. Within the main level, you will also find the master bedroom which features a king size bed, and ensuite with a soaker tub and a walk in shower. There is also the second bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a luxury shower.

Upstairs is the loft area with a pullout sleeper sofa and Smart TV. The upper level also features the third bedroom which has a queen size bed, and a half bathroom.

Outside, enjoy the private back yard with incredible water views. The deck has an outdoor dining table, as well as adirondack chairs which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee! To access the water, you can walk about 5 minutes down the street where the steps are located for Seawood Estates guests only.

We have both indoor and outdoor games and activities for guests (including board games, puzzles, movies, ladderball, cornhole, washer toss, croquet & more).

The cottage is overall very nice and very well stocked. However this should not be considered a 3 bedroom but a 2 bedroom in the summer as the the upstairs has no AC or ventilation system and is literally boiling in hot weather. The 3rd bedroom is therefore completely unusable. There is 1 AC unit located downstairs and even keeping it on all day, it doesn't manage to get the upstairs to a comfortable temperature. So overall a nice cottage but very expensive for what is essentially a 2 bedroom in hot weather.

Very inviting home
The house was immaculate and offered many extras. The kitchen was new with everything you would need. The deck offered wonderful views. We were very comfortable and visited somewhere different each day. There were numerous places to visit/explore close by. This is a special place to stay. We fell in love with PEI.
