Literally steps to the beach and boardwalk. Right next to the "Jersey Shore House" & other attractions. This unit (unit #1) is beautifully renovated and is now available.

Additional parking is available at near by parking lots. Street meter parking is also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting. A new code will be generated for every new guest check-in.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

Please note that if any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to leave without refund.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels for beach use.

We do not have dishwasher in the unit. However, plates, bowls, mugs and utensils will be washed and sanitized prior to new guests arrival. Guests are required to wash their own dishes during their stay.

Seaside Heights Aug 8-11

Had a great stay here! Location could not be better, right on the boardwalk & beach for our family of four. Communication was great, place was perfect. Nice to have beach badges, linens, everything a kitchen needed, etc all included.

Summer weekend Seaside

We rented two units and this property is conveniently located right off the boardwalk and met our needs wonderfully for a quick weekend getaway when we were in NJ visiting family. I would rent these again! Thank you so much!

Wonderful place literally near the boardwalk. There is so much to do! Definitely worth the stay . We had a blast and would do it again.. Thank u! Oh and by the way the show Jersey shore was filmed the house next door.. Awesome..

Absolutely Perfect

Our family stayed from a Thursday-Monday and everything was perfect. The location is worth a million dollars. And did I mention that the Jersey shore house is right next door. We loved to sit on the porch and watch everyone stop and take pictures in front of the shore house. So everything about our trip was perfect.

Always want a property by the beach. Great Location right off the boardwalk and beach.

What makes this property unique

Once you park the car, you can literally walk to anywhere in town. No dragging luggage, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs etc. No extra parking fee. Supermarket, convenience store and pharmacy are very close by. Many good restaurant are also within walking distance. You can also take the sky ride to the main attractions.
