LOCATED JUST 100 STEPS TO BOARDWALK/BEACH

*** This is a family friendly beach block apartment that is part of a 3-family home. We want to make sure we meet your expectations for your getaway so if you prefer enjoying late hours (after 10pm) it might be best to look elsewhere. Thank you.

Newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Unit #2-Just 100 STEPS to boardwalk/beach- the BEST location in town. Sleeps 4-5 people. Bedroom 1- queen bed, Bedroom 2- queen bed. Also, a futon couch in living room that sleeps 1 person. 1 parking pass included. The parking pass is good to park at any metered space (spots with numbers) throughout the town except any of the parking spaces on Ocean Terrace, any street ends off of Ocean Terrace, the townships paid public parking lots, handicapped spaces, reserved spaces and purple heart parking spaces. A fee of $400 will be charged if the parking pass is not returned. If you have more than one vehicle there is free parking on any 300th block of Seaside Heights. There are also meters you pay to park at throughout the town and privately owned lots you pay a daily fee at. Parking is enforced April 1st- October 31st.

This downstairs unit is part of a 3-family house. You will have your own private sitting area in front of house. Shared grill and outdoor shower with other units located in rear area of property. Air conditioning, TVs in both bedrooms and living room, board games, books, free WIFI, all linens (sheets, quilts, pillows, extra blankets) and towels included, washer and dryer in unit, fully stocked kitchen, hair dryer, makeup mirror. INCLUDED: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, starter supply of paper towels (1 roll), toilet paper (1 roll), dish detergent (1 small pack of 4 pods) and coffee (1 two-ounce bag). At times, guests may leave some extra items in unit behind. You are free to use these items. Please bring your own laundry detergent and extra supply of other items if you will need them. 4 beach badges (badges are no longer needed after Labor Day- beach is free), 4 beach chairs and beach towels included. Must be a minimum age of 27 years old to rent. No large gatherings or parties. Loud noise past 10pm will not be tolerated as per town ordinance. Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking on property inside or outside. NO PROMS!

Additional House Rules

1) Check-in time is at 4pm. Check out time is at 10am (you will be charged a $150.00 late fee if not checked out at this time) Our maids must come in and clean.

2) Must be 27 years of age to book. By booking under your name, you assume responsibility for all guests on property during the reservation period. No parents booking for their kids/parents must stay on-site at all times. NO PROMS!

3) No unsupervised children under the age of 18 at any time.

4) Maximum occupancy for this unit is strictly enforced. Maximum occupancy is 5 people. No additional overnight guests allowed.

5) No pets allowed. An extra cleaning fee of $750.00 will be charged if a pet enters property.

6) No smoking inside or outside property. A fee of $500.00 will be charged if we detect smoking has occurred anywhere in the house or cigarette butts on property.

7) We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicles or personal belongings.

8) Be mindful of making noise in the home at all hours due to the fact this is a 3-family house, and some guests may have small children. No loud noises outside past 10 pm as per town ordinance. Please be courteous to our neighbors.

9) This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur when on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises others whom they invite to use the premises.

10) Tampering/cutting power from the outdoor cameras is strictly prohibited. They are there for your safety and to safeguard our property.

11) We require all guests booking reservation to have all postive reviews with no negative reviews.

12) No adding, removing or rearranging of furniture/appliances inside or outside of property.

13) We do not permit towels, linens, or blankets to be removed from the home. Beach towels, beach badges and beach chairs are meant to be used on the beach and returned home. A fee of $100 per beach badge will be charged if they are not returned. A fee of $50 per beach chair will be charged if they are not returned.

14) No large gatherings or parties. Any excessive loud noises/parties will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.

15) One parking pass will be given. The parking pass is good to park at any metered space (spots with numbers) throughout the town except any of the parking spaces on Ocean Terrace, any street ends off of Ocean Terrace, the townships paid public parking lots, handicapped spaces, reserved spaces and purple heart parking spaces. A fee of $400 will be charged if the parking pass is not returned. If you have more than one vehicle there is free parking on any 300th block of Seaside Heights. There are also meters you pay to park out throughout the town and privately owned lots you can pay at.

16) No subleasing.

17) Please keep windows closed if A/C is on.

18) NO PROMS.

19) ID may be required at time of booking or before check in for age verification.

Loved it!
Perfect little beach apartment, being from the area I wanted somewhere to stay close to the ocean as I was hosting and attending fathers funeral services, this place was exactly as pictured and described. I know a lot of the areas in seaside are not the best and this one is absolutely safe, clean and a steal for the money. Michael and Jennifer were so kind and left a card for me also, for my father. It was so touching. I recommend and would absolutely stay here again! I hope to be back soon!

Amazing weekend
Went to New Jersey for a wedding... Scrambling to find a place, last minute I found this place. It was perfect and I really think they undersell themselves when you realize how close you are to the boardwalk. It was a perfect place. Just what we needed. Owners are gracious and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Great accomodation near the Jersey Shore
This was my first time visiting Seaside Heights, and seeing the Jersey Shore. The boardwalk is literally right there by the property, along with all the fantastic restaurants, shops and entertainment all in walking distance. The property is beautifully decorated, with all the amenties you could need with super comfy beds. Michael and Jenn are the perfect hosts! Always available and checking in frequently to make sure all is well. Jenn even went out of her way to look up restaurants that served King Crab when I mentioned I was hoping to locate one. I definitely recommend staying in their little piece of paradise on the Jersey Shore.

Perfect place to stay!!
The property was perfect! My family decided to make a trip to the beach for a few days before the teenagers had to return to school. We were so close to the beach and the boardwalk. The listing was the perfect size for 4 people, but five could have fit too. Everything was so clean and a binder was provided with information about the area. The beds were very comfortable, much better than a hotel! My kids had a great time exploring the ocean and walking around shopping. There was an amusement park on the board walk as well and they spent an evening on the rides. Communication was quick and easy. We will definitely consider staying here again. It was awesome.
