This whole property, all 3 units were amazing!! Super clean, beyond filled with amenities for all the guests. We had all 3 units rented, and they were perfect for our needs!! Michael and Jennifer exceeded all our expectations, unbelievable quick responses, informative and willing to accommodate all of our extra requests!! It was an amazing rental experience and we will definitely be coming back!!

Awesome place, for an amazing time!

Great location, clean, and so close to the beach! Kids ranged from 2-15 and all had a great time and slept great! In addition, great communication and check ins from the hosts, thanks Michael!

Great stay!

Great location, beautiful home and owners were very attentive and checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything. The driveway stressed me out with w big SUV but so great that you are also provided an on street parking pass. Location can’t be beat and the house was lovely. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

It is a plus also only be 3 houses away from boardwalk and beach with such great parking. Best beach house

My family and I found the house to be clean, very comfortable and spacious for the 7 of us. Its literally 10 second walk to the boardwalk and ocean. I would highly recommended, it was a great stay, im hoping to cone back

Beautiful unit and awesome location!

We had a wonderful experience in this unit and with the host. First, the location is amazing, with a one minute walk to the boardwalk! The apartment was much more spacious than we were expecting and we loved the layout. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was communicative and very friendly. Check in was super easy. We would definitely rent here again!!

We had an amazing stay here! Of course the location is superb. The unit was well stocked with everything you need. Nothing beats having beach badges, towels, and chairs at your fingertips, as well as free parking. The hosts checked in with us several times to make sure all was well and to alert us to weekend happenings around town. We had nice interactions with guests staying in other units on property. Friendly neighbors as well. It was a great home base for us to enjoy locals summer while visiting family in Toms River.

All 7 of us appreciated the closeness to the beach and the provisions of the hosts, like the beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella. This made our stay so smooth. They were so kind to provide soap for the washer and dryer. The kids appreciated the snacks. The porch and deck were so cozy. The decor was also cute and cozy. The cleanliness was tops. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay

House was very cute and centrally located a block from the boardwalk. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The only downside was only having 1 bathroom with 6 people, but we knew that going into it and were able to make it work. Host was very communicative and helpful and even left us snacks. There was plenty of room in the living area for all of us to hang out and play games/lounge.

Great Week!!

This house couldn’t have worked out any better for my daughters dance competition close by. Jen and Micheal are amazing hosts, they even left us little goodies upon arrival. You can tell they take tremendous pride in the property, it is spotless, very well appointed and the location cannot be beat. We’ll def be back!!

Memorial Day visit

This property was great. We booked late for the weekend and got lucky when we found this. The location was only a block off the beach!! The unit had been newly renovated. It was big and bright and clean. The owner quickly answered any question we had. Highly recommend staying here if you go to Seaside!

Quick B-day Get Away!!

The place was exactly what was described and pictured on Vrbo! The owners were courteously by chking to see if we were comfortable. They were available to answer questions, and provide gentle reminders. The property space was a perfect size for the four of us. The location was great! Absolutely Amazing Location. Clean and cozy!

This is the ideal spot!!4 bedrooms, 1/2 block from the boardwalk! Everything is automated and clean. They thought of everything for our convenience and comfort. House rules were super easy and sensible to follow. Hosts communicated regularly and were receptive to feedback. Would definitely come back!

WONDERFUL STAY!

We had a wonderful four night stay & will definitely be back! The owners were so attentive and made sure everything was okay at check in. They were very responsive to every question we had. The house was clean and very comfortable! They had games available to play. They provided shampoo, conditioner and soap which is a nice little touch! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you may need when cooking. You couldn’t beat the location, it was right there next to everything! It was our first time in Seaside Heights and we absolutely loved every second of it!

Great place steps from the beach

Our party of 7 (5 adults/2 babies) had a lovely stay at Michael & Jennifer’s place. It is just a block away from the Seaside Heights boardwalk - so convenient when traveling with kids. The property was spotless and the attention to detail was apparent. There was a kitchen stocked with supplies, fresh white towels, and Michael even brought over an item we asked for that wasn’t in the house. The neighbors in the adjoining rentals were respectful and quiet. As expected, the area can be a little loud on busy summer nights but that wasn’t an issue for us. I highly recommend Michael and Jennifer’s place.

Perfect location!

My family and I booked a last minute trip to Seaside and found this wonderful property. The location was perfect- only 3 houses from the boardwalk and the famous Midway cheesesteaks! The property was very clean and organized, and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. My over-sized SUV did not fit in the driveway and the owner did his best to help me find another parking option that would not cost me any additional money, which I appreciated. The property has 4 bedrooms with plenty of space for everyone to sleep. We enjoyed having dinner on the back deck one evening and liked to sit in front watching the storms or the hustle of the boardwalk. This is a great and convenient spot for families being so close to all the activities Seaside has to offer. I’d highly recommend it to families or groups of friends. We will definitely come back to stay again another time.
