The dock was amazing, we were able to see a dolphin come through one afternoon. Having the jacuzzi tub outside was really nice in the evenings.

The pool was amazing and perfect to relax in for the week! The property was excellent! Kayaks, paddle board and putt putt! The host communicated instructions clearly and promptly making checking in/out easy. Quick trips to Fort DeSoto, Madeira Beach and Busch Gardens all a reasonable distance.

Relaxation

This was a very relaxing vacation, everyone enjoyed it immensely. The house was very comfortable and everyone enjoyed the pool and dock. Parking was good, seemed to be above average compared to other homes in the area. This was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely be back!!!

Perfect Spring Break getaway

My husband and I brought our 3 children on Spring Break from Iowa. The house was perfect for our group. It was beautiful and quiet. The owners were responsive to our questions and went above and beyond to welcome us to their home. We had the best time.

Super cute house, quite neighborhood. Very Cozy and homey. Great pool and outdoor space!! Awesome Restaurants near by. EINAV and Ronen are super great and they meet your every need. We will be back, and we highly recommend this home!

So if you're looking for a slice of heaven in Florida...look no further ! This place has everything you need, but you won't need anything but this pool !!!! It's amazing. We stayed in it pretty much the whole time. The house is roomy for a small family but I don't think you could comfortably bring the 10 people it's advertised as being. Did I mention the pool?You will want to bring extra towels (bath towels) because there are only 6 supplied. Other than that, you won't need anything. There are tons of dishes and silverware, cookware, cabinet space etc. The microwave, stove and dishwasher are state of the art !The outside landscape is nothing short of a tropical oasis. Palm trees swaying, the inlet off the back, boats in and out.... perfection. There's an outdoor TV as well as a putting green complete with a couple clubs and balls !I am so glad I chose this particular home to spend my vacation!!! They have others that are in equally as beautiful and even bigger ! Be sure to check them out !!!I'll leave with this, there were a couple of hiccups and you won't find a nicer host to work with. Even while on her own personal vacation, she handled all of our needs immediately ! We would definitely stay here again !

Beautiful Tropical Vacation

Beautifully set up. Lots of bedroom space. Great functional kitchen and dining area. Laundry area a plus…especially with a 2 and 4 year old in the group. Absolutely wonderful pool area and hot tub. Loved all the tropical landscaping. Great host..always available if anything is needed.

We stayed at this property for over two months. If we had stayed for three weeks or less this would not have been a nice review. When we first arrived we had terrible wifi, there were TV streaming issues, and the dock actually collapsed. However, the host is VERY responsive and he did everything he could to resolve the problems as quickly as he could. Future guests will likely have a 5 star experience, given the value for the price and the fact that the host really cares about having you enjoy your stay. Some things do still need fixing both inside and outside the house, but those things didn’t affect us in any meaningful way. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area are great. The beds are very comfortable. Nice neighborhood and nice neighbors. If you bring a boat it's easy access out into Tampa Bay, and by car close to beaches and attractions. Once the issues we encountered during those first three weeks of our stay were resolved we enjoyed our stay very much.

While the internet issue was unfortunately outside of our direct control, we worked closely with the provider to restore the fiber service as quickly as we could. Regarding the boat lift, we appreciate your understanding. As a courtesy amenity, we always want to ensure it is safe and fully functional, so we completed significant upgrades—including replacing all four pilings and installing two new motors—within a very short timeframe. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, and we truly value having guests like you. Quite Tampa Bay Retreat

Had a great stay in Apollo Beach. Canal access was great and took advantage of the kayaks and calm waters, and was able to see sting rays multiple days from the dock and water. Pool and sundeck were a huge hit with small kids that were hard to get out of the water. Kitchen was well equipped for a large family and we appreciated having enough room for us all to sit around the table. Great house and owners were great communicators. Can't ask for much more!

Amazing host and gorgeous house.

Our experience with the host was amazing since day one. The owner called me just about minutes after I made my reservation, and she thanked me for choosing her house. She was very professional, and welcoming. I also had a chance to speak with the host's husband, and he was just as professional. He offered his assistance to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Nice Home

Easy check in, nice location and fun pool. Outside of a small hiccup with the pool/hot tub, we had a good time. Saw a manatee and and caught some fish. Pros - nice home, nice pool and excellent entertaining areas. Cons - a little far from beaches but if you’re willing to drive 45 minutes, you can easily get to some excellent beaches. Wasn’t a big deal for our group.

We loved it here!

We travel often, using VRBO--this home was just that a home. Home was clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We traveled with our labs and having a fenced yard allowed us to sit and relax while our dogs sniffed around. The neighborhood is family oriented and felt safe. Outside was well appointed and if I had to be picky I would probably replace the outdoor cushions. Lots of aoce for 3 teenager, two dogs and my husband and I to not feel crowded. nighttime was so relaxing with the pool lights on! There are fans in the outdoor area so even in June there is a nice breeze. We can wait to go back and will definitely rent with Einav again!
