Very clean and modern home in a nice neighborhood. Close to many dining options and grocery store and minutes to downtown Lexington. The hosts communicated every detail leaving no questions about property access or amenities. Pet friendly even though we did not bring any pets. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Kearney! It was clean, had very comfortable beds, and we loved roasting s'mores by the fire pit! Everything was just as advertised, and the proximity to the Kentucky Horse Park was very convenient for us. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect for horse shows

Just ten mins from the horse park, super clean, comfortable beds and pet friendly— it checked all the boxes for us!!

The house was very comfortable. We did have an issue with the air conditioning unit but the property manager did everything they could to get things fixed as quickly as possible.

This property was perfect for our needs. We brought grandchildren to go to the Ark Experience, then to visit the Kentucky Horse Farms. Spacious, very clean and comfortable. The Host was very responsive to text messages. Would recommend!
