Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location on Wrightsville Beach!
Crashing Waves 207 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the second floor. There is parking for 1 car only.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:
The unit photographed is the exact unit
There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required
No smoking, No pets
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
This unit is Self-Check in you will receive check in instructions VIA EMAIL 24 hours prior to your arrival.

The process of booking and gaining access was simple and well informed. The unit was super clean. The door to open the unit stuck but the host informed us before we arrived so we got the hang of it after a few tries. The location is right at the entrance of Wrightsville Beach. Close to several restaurants. The only ask would be a table out on the deck to have breakfast. Overall we will definitely be back.

This condo was a pleasant surprise. The location was excellent, it was clean and had gorgeous views of the ocean and was absolutely perfect for our Mom / Daughter weekend. The bed that looks like it’s behind the kitchen was actually perfect - no windows, so easy to sleep and perfect for my daughter. Highly recommend - a great value for the cost.

When we first walked into the elevator lobby area the decor was beautiful, modern, and colorful. Our unit was awesome. It was just as pictured, the bed was comfortable, and all the provided items were more than sufficient. The view from the kitchen/dining/living rooms was incredible. The pool was just the right size and very warm. The beach access couldn't have been any closer and we were walking distance to the bars, restaurants, and public boat docks. This was a great weekend getaway ! The property was clean and easily accessible to the beach . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! The only negative was that there was some hair that showed up on my socks while walking around the unit that obviously didn't belong to either of us ! Aside from that , it was a pleasurable experience !
