Gorgeous TOP Floor - Oceanfront Luxury Condo with Garage and Elevator!

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this completely renovated and luxurious fully furnished, 3rd (top) floor, 3 bedroom/2 bath condo with elevator in building. Watch the ocean waves from the master "Sea Dolphins" suite king-sized bed. The "Nautical Room" has a king bed and the "Mermaid Room" has 2 twin size beds. All of the bedding & mattresses are new and this condo is comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The living room is furnished with high speed WIFI and cable TV with DVD player. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and is equipped with all NEW appliances, fully stocked with cookware and has a reverse osmosis water faucet. This condo has its own Rain Soft whole house water filter system. There is a beach access beside the building and enjoy two outdoor community pools and tennis/pickle ball court. Situated with front beach/ocean views and back marsh/Intracoastal views, guests can enjoy an afternoon of bird watching, beach combing and water sports. Convenient to shopping, dining, spa, golf, nightlife, boating, fishing, water activities & bike rentals. A short drive to area amusement parks, you can get out and enjoy the local activities or stay in to relax and enjoy the peaceful views. There is plenty of bird watching with flocks of pelicans daily. Watch the ocean waves closely to see pods of dolphins coming up for air while catching their morning or evening meals. Early risers can see the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and don't miss the gorgeous sunset views over the marsh from the west side (entry) of the condo. Included is a covered parking space where there is a private garage that will fit one additional car and extra storage of beach items. Plus, one additional guest parking pass. If you use the garage you can park a total of 3 cars. There's also a dedicated storage closet near the garage for convenient access to your beach chairs & sand toys.
The 60 days cancellation policy will be waived in case of a Named Storm . A full refund will be made for booked or unused nights.

This is an amazing property and Jim is an amazing host! Jim is great to communicate with. He provided helpful information before the trip started and once we arrived he gave us a walk through of the property over the phone which really helped avoid any questions we may have encountered while we were there.The photos displayed within VRBO are spot on! The property is as beautiful as the photos depict! This was the perfect home away from home to say the least! James went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had the best stay possible. His communication and kind attention were outstanding. The condo was PERFECT! The Mathis's didn't forget a single detail. It was obvious that this condo is maintained with love. You will never feel more at home anywhere else. The care and organization throughout the condo were very impressive! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Also, the water filtration system on the kitchen sink is a big plus! It was a very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing stay. The ocean view and access could not have been better. We will definitely return to stay in this unit the next time we visit Wilmington! Thank you for an outstanding experience!!!

We pride ourselves on offering a top notch furnished condo that is perfectly clean and comfortable for the whole family. We love to meet our guests and offer a personalized check in experience if desired. We have many repeat guests who have fallen in love with "Sea Dolphins" and have become life-long friends.

If you're looking for a luxury, ocean front vacation experience with resort-style amenities, this is your perfect place to play and relax. We often see dolphins in the surf from the balcony or beach. Pelicans, seagulls and other sea birds are always flying by and bring the coast to life. This quiet section of the beach is away from the public access. With no building behind, you have lovely sunset views over the marsh and sunrise views over the Atlantic ocean. There's a convenient elevator to this 3rd floor (top) unit with vaulted ceilings in the living/dining areas and master bedroom. Highest quality beds & bedding with mattress toppers for extreme comfort. All mattresses & pillows have waterproof & bug proof covers. You can park or store items in the garage plus covered parking for 2 cars. We provide beach chairs and beach toys for your use. There is a keyless lock for easy come & go with no keys to keep up with.
