After a very long day of travel, we called Jim to check in and he walked us through how to use the garage, where the beach access is and then inside the condo how to use everything. The condo has everything that you will need including coffee filters, laundry and dishwashing pods, and plenty of pots and pans for cooking. The view is amazing and the furniture on the deck is awesome. Loved sitting on the deck each morning to have my coffee. We did have a few issues, however Jim is very responsive to texts and assisted us with taking care of the problems quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Had a great visit celebrating my daughter’s graduation from UNCW. Loved the location and views of the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and cookware. Will look to stay here again sometime.

We were return renters, having stayed in this unit in July, 2024. As a party of six, we like having six chairs on the deck and six places to sit in the living room and at the dining room table.The two king sized beds are a plus. The walk to the beach is much simpler with fewer codes. For us, it is the perfect space for three generations; two grandparents, two parents, and two adult ( over 18) children

Our stay at this property was very nice. Beautiful ocean views. Very clean and well appointed condo. The owners, Jim and Peggy, are so nice and went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. As first time visitors to Wilmington, Jim and Peggy, offered very helpful suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Great folks! Great condo!

From the moment we confirmed our cooking, Jim reached out with additional details including wonderful restaurant recommendations. They are meticulous with their organization in the condo and have everything you could possibly need for a fabulous beach vacation - including beach chairs and umbrellas, toys for kids, etc. We will definitely return to enjoy their beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful vacation at the condo, and Jim was an incredible host. The condo was the perfect accommodations for our family, beautiful ocean views, and couldn't be much closer to the beach.
