The "cat is out of the bag" with this fantastic renovated 4th floor end unit condo located in Duneridge Resort! “William the Cat” is a fabulous 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo that features endless views and upgrades.

Located on the secluded northern end of Wrightsville Beach this property has access to all the wonderful amenities that Duneridge Resort offers, including breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private porch! As you enter this lovely condo, the foyer invites you down the hallway that leads to a spectacular ocean view. A large sliding glass door leads you to the spacious horseshoe balcony and provides endless views of the Atlantic. The deck is the perfect place to relax in the salt air and take in the fresh breeze while sipping your morning coffee. The spacious living area provides two stylish and comfy sofas, a smart TV, and a large dining table for family meals. A galley kitchen gives easy access to the living and dining room, making this space extremely family friendly. Enjoy cooking meals in the beautifully remodeled kitchen or have a quiet breakfast in the dining nook.

Just off the living room is the spacious primary suite which is complete with a new king-sized bed and updated bathroom that features a walk-in shower and dual sinks. You will enjoy waking up with the morning sunrise and the fabulous ocean views from your cozy bed. There are two additional guest bedrooms at the front of the condo that overlook the marsh. A queen guest room with a half bathroom makes a wonderful accommodation for guests of any age and the sunset views from this room are breathtaking. Across the hall is a twin bedroom that has two twin sized beds and a shared hallway bathroom.

Grab a poolside lounge chair and enjoy an afternoon in the sun or play a few friendly tennis matches on the community court. A private walkway from the Duneridge Resort leads you to the white sandy beach - arguably one of the most beautiful access points on the island! The secure lobby and community elevator are an added convenience for families.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

The Duneridge complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations that take place between May to September will require parking passes and which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Beautiful property and location
This is a very nice condo with a great pool and easy walk to the ocean. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area. My only quibble would be that the check-in/checkout times are a little restrictive (4 pm & 10 am) so you can’t enjoy this very nice place on arrival and departure dates as quite as much as you might like. Also, when you arrive you’ll find that you have to provide everything for your stay. The notes from the property manager indicate you should bring your own condiments, clothes hangers, other things other rentals might provide. I don’t mind buying ketchup and mustard and mayo and whatever but if they’re going to just get thrown out when you leave that seems kind of wasteful. I don’t want to dwell on these minor points, it’s a great place and we are grateful for the stay.

The only drawback was that the room with twin beds were very hard to get into. We didn’t even try. They were the really high beds. A senior like us or a small child would have difficulty to use. Luckily we just doubled up but if you need that room make sure you can access the beds. Other than that it was a nice condo.
