Newly built in 2021, this two-story Seashore Villas townhome invites you to enjoy modern vacation comforts in a convenient locale. Spend leisurely afternoons at the community's outdoor pool or take a short drive to lounge on miles of ocean beaches. When you return home, post up on either of the two furnished patios - one of which features a gas grill for cookouts with your crew. While the chef in your group sizzles steaks and veggies, play a game of cornhole in the lawn area or take the family dogs for a walk around the community's tranquil pond.

Boasting an open floor plan, the townhome's interior makes it easy for your group to unwind together. Kick back in the living area where ample seating surrounds a smart TV. Smart TVs in each of the home's bedrooms offer added entertainment. Listen to favorite playlists on the Bluetooth speaker while you prepare meals in the spacious kitchen. Three can perch at the kitchen bar while the adjacent dining table can accommodate six. A breakfast nook offers additional seating for mealtime as well as playing provided board games. End days by watching a movie on the Blu-ray player.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
