The first floor has all the toys for a fun stay including, large flat screen TV with Sony PlayStation. shuffleboard, bumper pool, Golden Tee as well as a propane BBQ grill. The second/main level offers a well-stocked kitchen including a blender and margarita bar with all the fixings (just bring your own tequila). The open floor plan includes a 70” flat screen TV for a relaxing evening after a long day out in the sun. The sunroom overlooks White Creek, which has access to Indian River Bay. There is an amazing two level deck with beautiful views perfect for a relaxing evening with a bottle of wine. The second level master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking White Creek. The bedroom has its own mini wine and beverage fridge stocked with waters and sodas.

All of this in community offering a pool, water access for kayaking, boating, community pool and just minutes to the best beaches, golfing, shopping and dining.

Beach vacation

We were very pleased with the accommodations, it was exactly as it was described and one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever been in. The owners were super helpful and very quick to respond when the pool pass needed reset (though no fault of theirs). We definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a great place at the beach.

Wonderful townhome!

We really enjoy the outdoor patio along the water and the fully stocked kitchen. It’s a nice community and the home has plenty of space for us. Shawn and Jen are excellent hosts and very responsive. We plan to be back again!

What a wonderful vacation and a beautiful location! The house was immaculate. Everything was perfect. There were so many activities for the kids. Bethany Beach Nearby Family Vacation

Great property overlooking Whites Creek. Location close to Bethany Beach and Ocean City MD. We went to beach, boardwalk, nearby water park, Assateague Refuge to see the wild ponies, and great seafood dining. We enjoyed the pool and the decks overlooking a beautiful creek and estuary.

Another great summer beach vacation

We love it here - and we must because this is our second year in a row at this vacation house. The location is wonderful and the house is beautiful and fully equipped with all of our needs. There is so much to do with the kayaks, pool, and general area. The owners are extremely kind and helpful too. We had a fantastic week and were bummed to go home.

This was our first stay and it was so easy to book, pay, and check in. The owners were super responsive to questions and had everything set for our family stay! Beathy Beach vacation

We have been going to Beathy Beach for many years. This house was my favorite place so far. It's in great location right behind Weis Markets. Just a short trip to the beach. We also like to fish and crab just a short trip to Holtz state park for fishing. Many great restaurants are near bye. I would definitely book this place again. Thanks again for the use of your home.

Shawn and Jen are wonderful hosts! They are attentive and kind, checking in as needed and answering all of our questions. They keep a beautifully appointed townhouse and the location was perfect for our family. The set up is fantastic and they have everything you may need. We will definitely be going back!

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse very much. It was nicely furnished and well stocked. Great view of the waterway from the back porch. The house was nicely decorated in beach decor but not over the top. Easy 10 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks on the water way. Owners were very responsive to our questions. We would love to stay here again.

The place was great. Although the floors were a little dirty, by the looks of our socks at the end of the “first” day, but overall was clean. Also the bedrooms are a little tight. Overall We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren.

Amazing property and location!

My family and I spent Christmas & New Year’s at this home.. We enjoyed our stay making family memories. The house is fully loaded with dishes, pots and pans. Perfect Getaway

This is our second time renting this property, a great location for exploring the area and for us to enjoy photography and birding. The house is beautiful and so peaceful overlooking the water, it is absolutely spotless and the owners have provided everything you could possibly need for your stay. Bethany Beach Getaway

Our stay there was very nice! Lots of additional amenities! Wine, candy, snacks!! A nice touch! Sheets and towels provided. Love the swing on the porch! One small problem was the air conditioning. Raised the temperature because it was very cold and it would go back to 70 degrees each time. Was not comfortable being so cold. Very nice place to stay. Lovely neighborhood.

Quiet neighborhood and great water view

Our family of 8 adults stayed comfortably for a week. The master suite is very spacious. The other two bedrooms upstairs were tight, but adequate. The overall space in the home accommodated is well. Shawn and Jen are great hosts and very responsive. You can see they want to give their guests a great experience. It was an easy 7-10 minute drive to the beach and only a few minutes from Evans Park which had an awesome playground for little ones, a nice walking path, a Ninja warrior course for kids and/or adults, and 3 pickle ball courts which we enjoyed. The back patio overlooking the water was a very peaceful and relaxing space to enjoy.

O wow, this house was amazing, the host had everything and more than we could have asked for; they even left us a delicious chocolate bundt cake yum!!. The house had more than enough space for all of us. The pictures on line does not do the house justice. It is beautiful. The was a full mini bar in the master bedroom how ever we didn't used because we weren't sure it was for us. If it's for the guests use than you guys definitely set the bar high🤗. We had an awesome stay and will definitely be coming back.....highly reccomended

Beautiful home on the water

What a stunning house, beautifully decorated, clean, bright and airy and stocked with everything you could want - a true home away from home. The area was amazingly quiet and relaxing and the welcome cookies and candy was very thoughtful on arrival. Hubby and I were birding and doing photography for the week and on our first morning a Bald Eagle flew right past the window and landed on the dock opposite, wonderful! My only small gripe would be for more information within the house as there were no instructions for the TV's upstairs which do not have cable access, not a problem as we were out every day so just used the main living area TV in the evenings, also we could find no recycling location within the development. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this home to anyone and we are considering returning at the end of next month if available again.

Beautiful townhouse!

Second time staying at this townhouse. We loved it so much we had to come back again! Everything is so convenient!. Pool is end of the block and the beach is a short ride. We all enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the beautiful water view! We highly recommend this townhouse!
