The first floor has all the toys for a fun stay including, large flat screen TV with Sony PlayStation. shuffleboard, bumper pool, Golden Tee as well as a propane BBQ grill. The second/main level offers a well-stocked kitchen! The open floor plan includes a 70” flat screen TV for a relaxing evening after a long day out in the sun. The sunroom overlooks White Creek, which has access to Indian River Bay. There is an amazing two level deck with beautiful views perfect for a relaxing evening with a bottle of wine. The second level master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking White Creek. The bedroom has its own mini wine and beverage fridge stocked with waters and sodas.

All of this in community offering a pool, water access for kayaking, boating, community pool and just minutes to the best beaches, golfing, shopping and dining.

Great stay! Perfect for all of our family and new granddaughter we brought along. Love that it’s close to the pool! All amenities close by. A short drive to the beach and a beautiful view from the decks.

This is a wonderful property and we have stayed here several times. It is so relaxing, clean and furnished with nice beach decor. The house is well equipped with anything you may need for cooking, grilling etc. The hosts are very communicative. We always have a great time.

This is our third year staying at this property. We love the location – you can sit out on the back patio by the water and it’s only a 10 minute drive to the beach. There is a wonderful park with three Pickleball courts within a 3 minute drive as well. Shawn and Jen are wonderful hosts!

Absolutely wonderful property and owners. Was in immaculate condition and exactly as described. Communication from Shawn and Jen was excellent, Both super responsive and provided a very thorough checkin packet and instructions upon arrival. Everything is thought of including labeling each light switch. Tons of amenities at the house for both the beach and water(kayaks!). Two big decks out back to watch the water and nature. Weis grocery store is right there and short drive to beach even during the week of the fourth. Everything you might need: groceries, restaurants and cvs is close. Bonkey’s ice cream is the perfect short walk. I highly recommend this property.

Beach vacation

We were very pleased with the accommodations, it was exactly as it was described and one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever been in. The owners were super helpful and very quick to respond when the pool pass needed reset (though no fault of theirs). We definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a great place at the beach.

Wonderful townhome!

We really enjoy the outdoor patio along the water and the fully stocked kitchen. It’s a nice community and the home has plenty of space for us. Shawn and Jen are excellent hosts and very responsive. We plan to be back again!

Bethany Beach Nearby Family Vacation

Great property overlooking Whites Creek. Location close to Bethany Beach and Ocean City MD. We went to beach, boardwalk, nearby water park, Assateague Refuge to see the wild ponies, and great seafood dining. We enjoyed the pool and the decks overlooking a beautiful creek and estuary.

What a wonderful vacation and a beautiful location! The house was immaculate. Everything was perfect. There were so many activities for the kids. From fishing off the dock, kayaking & only being 10 min. away from the N. Bethany beaches was AWESOME!!When we had a few minor questions, Shawn & Jen were there for us. Another great summer beach vacation

We love it here - and we must because this is our second year in a row at this vacation house. The location is wonderful and the house is beautiful and fully equipped with all of our needs. There is so much to do with the kayaks, pool, and general area. The owners are extremely kind and helpful too. We had a fantastic week and were bummed to go home.

Best family getaway

This was our first stay and it was so easy to book, pay, and check in. The owners were super responsive to questions and had everything set for our family stay! Detailed instructions, lots of helpful hints about the town, and treats through the house! Kids are already asking to save their $$ and want to go back next year. First time in Delaware

Shawn and Jen are wonderful hosts! They are attentive and kind, checking in as needed and answering all of our questions. They keep a beautifully appointed townhouse and the location was perfect for our family. The set up is fantastic and they have everything you may need. We will definitely be going back!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse very much. It was nicely furnished and well stocked. Great view of the waterway from the back porch. The house was nicely decorated in beach decor but not over the top. Easy 10 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks on the water way. Owners were very responsive to our questions. We would love to stay here again.

Beathy Beach vacation

We have been going to Beathy Beach for many years. This house was my favorite place so far. It's in great location right behind Weis Markets. Just a short trip to the beach. We also like to fish and crab just a short trip to Holtz state park for fishing. Many great restaurants are near bye. I would definitely book this place again. Thanks again for the use of your home.

Family vacation

The place was great. Although the floors were a little dirty, by the looks of our socks at the end of the “first” day, but overall was clean. Also the bedrooms are a little tight. Overall We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren.

Amazing property and location!

My family and I spent Christmas & New Year’s at this home.. We enjoyed our stay making family memories. The house is fully loaded with dishes, pots and pans. The location have plenty of stores in the area. Shawn & Jenny was very easy to contact if needed! All around beautiful home and we would definitely return!
