5 Star Corner Penthouse with Million Dollar View!

The most STUNNING location for a relaxing lake getaway!
Located in the recently built Waterside One, this luxurious condo features the best views on the lake. Walk in to your exclusive corner penthouse and find newly upgraded beds, furnishings, and decor!

Our unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a 12' x 34' boat slip and PWC slip! Waterside One is known for being in the heart of Osage beach while having the best views the lake has to offer!

Our corner penthouse has a huge patio with a fire pit and two sitting areas to enjoy the incredible unobstructed view of the lake and the state park. The living room has double sliding glass to open up the area even more to the gorgeous patio. The condo also has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with brand new updated furnishings! All bedrooms are equipped with mounted 55" flat screen TV's with Roku streaming devices. Our living room also features a surround sound system as you enjoy your bluetooth music or our oversized 85" flatscreen TV!

The master suite has its own walkout to the patio, California King bed, blackout blinds, and a large bathroom suite with a double vanity and glass shower. The second and third bedrooms have brand new queen beds and furniture along with the wall mounted TVs. If you need more bed space we also have a premium queen air mattress available upon request.

Our kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need along with its own COFFEE BAR! We will provide you with enough to get you started with your stay including: K Cups, Keurig, coffee pot, french press, pour over, tea, hot cocoa, decaf, ground coffee, and filters.

Waterside One is located in the HEART of Osage Beach. There are tons restaurants and shops within minutes of the complex. Waterside One only has 20 condos in the complex giving you the privacy you prefer. The complex also has a private pool with comfortable areas to lay out and enjoy the sun right next to the water! Our condo is located on the top floor with both stair and elevator access.

Check-in is 4pm and Check-Out is 10am unless otherwise arranged. You will receive the condo access code and pool/dock code the day before your reservation begins. Waterside One has its own parking lot and doesn't require any parking pass. There isn't any on site boat trailer parking but you can find that at the nearby state park launch sites.

Our home is smoke free, no pets, we also have a Ring doorbell, and the minimum age to reserve is 25.

You have full access to the entire condo, patio, pool, boat slip, and PWC slip! Enjoy the stunning views of the lake while you grill out on the large gas grill and patio!

There is ramp access to the elevator along with stairs leading right to our corner unit.

The place matches the description. The apartment is clean, with plenty of amenities (trash bags, laundry detergent, kitchen goods, coffee, seasonings, etc. You can see a few miles of the lake. People are cruising by on boats and jet skis. The night sky and water views from the patio are photo worthy.

Great Upscale Condo

This condo is more like a PENTHOUSE. Super clean with a great view off the lake back deck. The master bathroom is fantastic. The host is great. Well worth the price.

We loved everything about this condo. It’s in a convenient location close to attractions and restaurants and the lake view from the gorgeous deck is amazing! The pool was wonderful. We loved the decor and the property was sparking clean. We will be back next year! My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay another day!

Another amazing stay

We returned for another year, and we can't wait to come back next year! This property is spectacular! We enjoyed the amazing views from the deck, made great meals in the beautiful kitchen and did a lot of swimming in the private pool. We had one minor hiccup with our door code, but the owner responded in seconds to fix the problem. If you're planning a trip to the lake, this is your place. See you next year!

Beautiful condo and great communication

This condo was in a great location with a beautiful view from the large balcony. The communication with Aubrey was quick to respond. Our group had some troubles with the house that was rented and Aubrey was so quick to respond and get our group into the condo that day. She went out of her way to make sure the stay met the needs of the group. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful condo and renting with Aubrey!

Summer Fun

The Condo was very nice. The view was spectacular. It’s very comfortable and inviting. If there is a negative it would be launching a boat and keeping the trailer miles away at the state park. Access to the condo is very tight so boat in tow it was almost impossible to get into the condo first without dropping the boat off at the state park and leaving the boat trailer also at the state park. Of corse the moment II launch the boat to drive it over to the condo dock it started raining hard if it wasn’t for my GPS I probably would’ve gotten lost. While it was very nice to have a boatlift it was difficult to operate due to fading of labeling and no instructions. Once we got the hang of it it worked fine. The condo was quiet and comfortable. I would Recommend it to friends

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The unit is as described with accurate pictures. We enjoyed the views from the patio/deck both morning and evening. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with added touches. Aubrey and Kyle are super hosts! They provided detailed information and communicated frequently. We were not able to enjoy the pool as it was closed for the season but it is easily accessible and aesthetically pleasing. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a great visit to Lake of the Ozarks!

This place was absolutely spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. The bedrooms are very large with plenty of room for storage and the view of the lake is incredible. The host was very prompt and provided a great packet of information that we were able to leverage throughout the trip.

A lovely stay

We’ve stayed at several places around the Ozarks over the years, and this one had the best view yet! Being on the top floor made it even better; quiet, private and perfect for enjoying the lake. The condo was very clean, modern and well-equipped, and Aubrey’s communication was super quick and helpful throughout. We didn’t get a chance to try out the pool since it was too cold during our stay, but everything else was great. We’d definitely return!
