Directly by the sea, surrounded by greenery, lies this vacation home. Escape from everyday life and relax in this beautiful domicile. From all terraces you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. Under the house steps lead to the sea, where a small beach is at your disposal. In the garden you will find the barbecue and the bocce court, behind the house there is another separate kitchen. A bathroom is accessible from the outside. The lowest ceiling height in the attic gallery is 90 cm. Nature lovers visit the national parks North Velebit, Paklenica, as well as Plitvice lakes and Zavratnice bay, where there is a sunken ship.

Das Haus selbst ist in einen guten Zustand, nur an der Sauberkeit könnte man arbeiten.

Das Haus selbst ist in einen guten Zustand, nur an der Sauberkeit könnte man arbeiten. Die Zufahrt bis zum Haus ist nicht nur abenteuerlich,es ist echt eine Herausforderung,diese engen 180° Kurven sind nicht jedermanns Sache ! Aber ansonsten wenn man dann am Haus angekommen ist es schön. Die Lage am Meer, die Stufen runter zum eigenen Strandplatz, alles um das Haus rum ist grün mit Olivenbäumen und Agaven. Wirklich schön , auch die Terrassen, immer mit Blick aufs Wasser. Die Einrichtung,speziell die Betten , bzw die Matratzen müssten ausgetauscht werden,denn die sind ziemlich durch. Die Möbel auf den Terrassen sind auch unbequem und teilweise kaputt. Aber alles im ganzen war es eine sehr schöne Zeit !

Tolles Ferienhaus in prima Lage.

Tolles Ferienhaus in prima Lage. Zufahrt ca. 2km von der Küstenstraße über eine schmale, einspurige und ziemlich steile (geschätzt teilweise 20% Gefälle) mit sehr engen Serpentinen. Aber mit einem normalen PKW machbar. Dadurch sehr ruhig gelegen. Ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Nicht unbedingt für kleine Kinder geeingnet. Zugang zum Meer über ca. 70 Stufen. Aussicht auf die Insel Rab. Einkaufsmarkt/Restaurant nicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Freundlicher Vermieter.Wer auf Party- und Nachtleben verzichten kann und einen ruhigen Urlaub bevorzugt, ist hier bestens bedient.
