Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the newest and most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach.

Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the upscale quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer.

Our beachfront unit #1-1405 is on the 14th floor in the gulf front tower, with a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and sand, just steps away from the beach, pools, tiki bar, and hot tubs.

This unit has been nicely curated and thoughtfully decorated with modern, comfortable pieces to enhance your stay.

This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a bunk bed alcove area and queen-size sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8 with ease.

This remodeled unit is brand new to the Warren Beach Rentals portfolio.

Enjoy free WiFi, cable, flatscreen TVs, and a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Watch the sun set right from your balcony while you enjoy dinner at your private patio table. The balcony in this unit is spacious and the views are fantastic.

This upscale resort has all of the best amenities, including a massive pool and hot tub, an on-site fitness center, and a tiki bar with food and drinks right at your fingertips.

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs. There is a $225 plus additional pet fee per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Parking Passes are an additional cost and must be purchased from Grand Panama HOA at check in. Cost as of March 2022 was $30 per vehicle per stay and subject to change.

Lovely!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. When the air conditioning unit started leaking water we contacted the rental company and they had someone there to fix it within a couple of hours. I definitely would book again.

Few things need to be replaced

Over all it was good ...some things need to replaced or maintenance coffee maker made a mess not the right pot for it and vacuum cleaner had squeaking wheels.
