Cute & Quiet Casita in Queen Creek, No Pets
Perfect family getaway with ALL the comforts of home (kitchenette, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, pool, and more). Our Casita rental offers your very own private: entrance, patio, pool, bathroom, & bedroom. Bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed and TV. Large living room has a pull-out sofa bed with a smart TV (just need your sign in for Netflix, Hulu, etc.), and comfy chair with footrest. Capacity for 2-4 (2 adults, 1-2 children). The kitchenette is complete with granite countertop, 2 stools, dishwasher, garbage disposal, new refrigerator, new convection/air fryer microwave oven, two burners, skillet, other small appliances, and dinnerware & utensils. Reverse osmosis for drinking water. The side yard has a picnic table, firepit, and gas BBQ grill. The whole house also has a water filtration system set up. Internet and utilities included.
Our local community offers many parks with playgrounds, zip line, basketball courts, tennis courts, splash pads, etc. Biking, hiking, and walking paths throughout the neighborhood and area. Marketplace, restaurants, and movie theatre minutes away. Canyon Lake is 35-40 minutes away and has grills for BBQs, swimming beach, rental boats, and we even rent our personal kayaks out. Or float in a tube down the Salt River and see wild horses. The desert offers so much.
The best part is the pool!! We have a pool, pool toys, large sitting area, and beach towels available.
