Welcome to our charming two-bedroom ground-floor condo, conveniently located just blocks from the inviting shores of Weirs Beach. Whether you're here to embark on exciting day trips or to explore the natural wonders of the surrounding area, our cozy retreat offers the perfect home base for your adventures.

Surrounded by endless trails catering to snowmobiles and ATV enthusiasts, as well as opportunities for scenic hikes in the nearby White Mountain National Forest or leisurely strolls along the seacoast, there's no shortage of outdoor activities to enjoy.

Inside, our condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances and cookware, providing you with the flexibility to whip up delicious meals at your leisure. Accommodations include a comfortable queen main bedroom with an attached bath for added convenience and a guest bedroom featuring two twin beds. The main living area offers additional sleeping arrangements with a pull-out sofa and easy access to the hall bathroom, accommodating a maximum of six guests.

But the amenities don't stop there! On-site, you'll find tennis courts, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and a children's play areaâ€”perfect for keeping the whole family entertained. Convenient to Weirs Beach

We went for the weekend. We had stayed at this property before but this was a little further from the pool than we were used to. Overall, it was a nice place, plenty of room and convenient to Weirs Beach.

8 Day Stay in Laconia

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this location during bike week and the host was fabulous. This is the third year we have stayed at this location, and we absolutely plan on coming back next year!
