Year-round activities for everyone. Complex has a share day dock for your boat, jet skis, or sun tanning on the deck. Conveniently located within minutes to Weirs Beach, boat launches, Jet Ski rentals, boat tours, railroad tours, restaurants, area gaming activities and shopping. Gunstock Ski Resort is a very short 15 minute drive and features cross country and downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing in the winter-the other seasons boast an array of fun activities too! Nice neighborhood. Centrally located in the Lakes Region and is an easy drive to all area attractions including: Outlet shopping, water slides, mini-golf, golf courses, hiking, cruising on the lake, etc. You will love your stay at this outstanding vacation spot!

Gorgeous townhouse located in Evergreen condominiums, with great views of Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee. This condo is beautifully decorated with new furnishings and appliances. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are on the second floor. There is an additional sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy the community pool and tennis court, just a short walk from the unit. Convenient drive to a fantastic community beach and many other Lakes Region activities.

Beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. You can't go wrong with the location as well, a quite development close to shopping, lakes,beaches and shopping. Great stop to get the full Lakes Region of New Hampshire experience!

We stayed here with my guide dog, Dublin five years ago and loved the delightful New Hampshire location. We were pleased to repeat our visit since this condo is a very clean and most welcoming accommodation. It is also very close to many Lake Winnipesaukee adventures, like the scenic railroad and scenic lake cruise, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hosts, Josefina and Luis were readily available for any questions we had and even suggested a nearby restaurant, GREENSIDE in Tilton where we had the special saffron seafood risotto, my husband’s favorite dish. We highly recommend this lovely, comfortable place to stay, no matter in what season you choose to vacation. You won’t be disappointed.
