Escape to this delightful house in picturesque Gilford. This charming property features 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 bunk bed, and 1 full bed. With 3 bathrooms offering amenities like a jetted bathtub and shower, guests will feel pampered during their stay. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Gilford. This 4BR 3 Full bath home will help you and your families create a lifetime of memories. The house sits across the street from the lake with incredible views. Centrally located to incredible hiking trails, Ellacoya state park, small private beach, walk to the Bank of NH Pavillion, access to a day dock and so much more. It comes with a side suite that has its own sitting area with sink, refrigerator, bedroom and bathroom. Enjoy the outdoor sitting area to read a book or make s'more's at the fire pit. Its a 10 minute ride to the famous Weirs Beach Boulevard to enjoy the restaurants, bars and shopping. You have a full functioning kitchen to eat in every meal with all the amenities of home. If you prefer to eat out you can walk to 3 of the area's best restaurants, The Breeze restaurant, Patrick's Pub, and Sawyers Ice cream or just a 4min drive. Access to a grill winter or summer. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. If skiing is in your wheelhouse, then this is the place to be. Gunstock Mountain is just minutes away, if skating is what you like to do then the Gilford public rink is a 5min walk away. `The location of this property has all 4 seasons covered, come and make your memories here.

All you need to bring is a suitcase with your clothes and toiletries. We provide all the linens, towels and kitchenware. Comes with washer and dryer to wash clothes during your stay. In the wintertime start a fire in the wood burning stove and relax in the cozy living room after a long day of outside activities. Again, all you need to do is show up and make memories and relax

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
To check out please collect all of the used bed sheets and all towels and put by the washer and dryer. It would be great if you could start a load of laundry.
Please clear out all food in the refrigerator. Again if you could load and start the dishwasher it would be greatly appreciated. If you could put all trash in the bin outside it would be a big help.
Trash is picked up every Monday/Tuesday so it would be helpful to have all trash out of the house when you depart. We hope you had a great time and thank you for staying with us

Summer Getaway in Gilford

Enjoyable stay in Gilford in this 4 bedroom house during the holiday week. The house is a short distance to many points of interest in the area and was comfortable for 4 adults, 1 teen and our adult dog. The property is well maintained with a fully stocked kitchen, in law style apartment and outdoor sitting area.

We are from the Boston area, and love to travel. We always stay in houses when we travel as we have a big family with 4 kids, and most of the time they bring friends. We love to attend our kids activities from sports to recitals. We've had great experiences with our rentals and want to do the same to all of our guests.

Why they chose this property

The property is on the private peninsula of Varney point. The house comes with 4BR 3 full baths. The master is a king size bed with master bath. On the other side of the house, it comes with a in-law suite. with full bath and sitting area with microwave and fridge. One of the other common bedrooms come with a queen size bed and the other comes with a bunkbed. Livingroom is large and open to the dining room and kitchen. The front porch which faces the lake has a great relaxing sitting area enough for 10 people.

What makes this property unique

Honestly its just the location and the house is centrally located in the heart of Lake Winnipesaukee. There are many restaurants just minutes from the location and some just walking distance. The Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion is also in walking distance. About 20/25 mins. The Laconia Airport is also just a 5min ride. You can also access the lake in just a 1 min walk from the house. You can also access Gilford beach in just a 10min walk. Ellacoya state park is just a 4 min drive from the house. Gunstock Mountain is just a 10min ride. There are so many activities so close to this house, it really is a great location to enjoy this great area.
