Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located property located just across from the famous Winnisquam sandbar. Main Floor - eat in kitchen, two bedrooms (each with queen beds), living room, full bath. Upstairs with sloped ceiling - full bed & two twin beds. Please note that the stairs are antique and steep. Finished Basement - bedroom (queen bed), full bath, family room & laundry room. Please note that the stairs down to basement are also antique and steep. Large front farmers porch, Large back deck with grill, Backyard - fire pit Approx 1500 square feet Entire house & yard (not garage) Driveway has parking for 4 cars, A short walk across the bridge to Winnisquam County Store for anything you may have forgotten. They serve great breakfast sandwiches, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, etc. You can also purchase soda, beer, wine, Lobster Connection serving fresh seafood lunch/dinner &
