Overlooking the lake with many cozy places to hangout and a hot tub, this was the perfect place for a family getaway. We traveled here in the winter and are looking forward to returning in the spring.

We really enjoyed the area. The paddle board, kayak, and canoe were really enjoyable, as was the hot tub. Loved the outdoor seating area. The busy road was a little concerning at first. The property manager was very kind and we were able to reach him easily.

Thank you Marcia! We truly appreciate the review and thank you for staying ! hope to see you at another VacanzaNH property in the future!
We throughly enjoyed our week on the lake! A little pricey but time with family is priceless. The house is older but is in a great location and plenty big enough to accommodate all of our family members comfortably. The neighbors were very nice and kind to us despite the other reviews we read prior to our trip.

Thank you ! Appreciate you taking the time to review our property and hope to see you come back again in the future !
House was clean and easy to find check in was standard lock box I stayed with my parents my wife and 2 kids and was perfect for that amount of people. House was build in 1910 and has lots of settling issues kinda feels like a fun house at the amusement park second and third floor roof lines are not great for anyone over 5’6”( hit my head multiple times) outside amenities are nice minus the dock area that is under an oak tree with a sand beach that gets all over the side of the boat when it rains dock also has an awkward approach and is super shallow my 21 foot bow rider was very tight for an experienced boater with the out drive all the way up. Overall a clean place to stay on the lake close to town and was a fine place to hang out while not on the lake
The house and location were amazing! Plenty of space in the house. The check-in process was seamless. We loved the amenities, especially the hot tub. Definitely planning to come back in the summer!

Thank you and we are looking forward to you booking with us in the summer !
The property was great for a family of teenagers. Lots of space, adults were able to play cards downstairs while the kids played video games in the floor living room. Plenty of beds for everyone. The hot tub was great on New Years Eve! Tons of great hikes in the area and a quick walk into town.

Thank you so much for the review ! Glad we could accommodate your stay and happy that you enjoyed it ! Happy New Year !!
This house was everything we wanted - it was a great location, had great amenities, and the house was very clean and organized. Great hot tub, fire pit, yard games, kayak, SUP, canoe, and comfortable accommodations for our group of 4 teenagers and 4 adults - could have comfortably fit more. Can’t wait to stay at the Lake House again!

Thank you so much for staying at a Vacanzanh property! We hope to see you next season !
If you have a large family or group traveling and just need a casual place to stay, this house is perfect. The host was great to have delivered to our doorstep a casserole dish!
Bluetooth speaker, microphones, the keyboard and guitar made for a fun karaoke night.
Cons:
-decks weren’t shoveled
-hot tub appeared old and dirty or rusted in spots so we didn’t use

It had just snowed our apologies for the decks not being shoveled ...but it was a blessing for the slopes! as for the hot tub it is 1 year old and plastic with no metal, we have made sure that our hot tub is cleaned and water balanced before check in. Thank you so much for staying and we are glad to be able to run to walmart to grab you a casserole dish ! hope to see you in the future!
The VacanzaNH team
Had a great winter weekend with our group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. The house is cozy - you could put two more adults in the bunk room but more would likely feel crowded. Super close to Gunstock and some great winter hiking, and we walked over to the Alton Bay winter festival. Hot tub was perfect. Only downside is there's no dining table for the group, but there are plenty of chairs and places to be so as long as you're not doing a formal sit -down dinner it's great. Would love to come back, winter or summer!

We will look into a formal dining table as there’s one for summer outside but not one for winter 🥶. Glad you enjoyed your stay and we appreciate the feedback as we strive to make every house a home for you to enjoy
