This brilliant house in Moultonborough is waterfront on incredible Lake Winnipesaukee and offers 3 cozy bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, queen bed, a double bed, 2 futons and 4 twin bed. With 2 bathrooms & an outdoor shower featuring refreshing showers, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The living room provides additional space with 2 comfy futons for extra guests. This great property offers a dock space for you to put your boat or jet ski on during your stay! The boat launch is right across the street, gas dock is right around the corner. The house offers a gas grill, Blackstone griddle, and plenty of seating on the outdoor deck. There is a large private beach with ample seating for your enjoyment. There are paddle boats, kayaks, & canoes for you to take a ride on the lake! We offer 2 fire pits for nighttime wind down. A nice retreat for your vacation, this property is a great place to call homebase while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay. Property is shared with fun & happy owners & 3 other cottages.
