Had a great stay at this cottage. It’s an easy walk to a community beach that we mostly had all to ourselves. The beach area has a diving dock and plenty of shade and seating options. The house itself is on the marina side of the bay and it was nice to watch the boats and birds each day. The bunk bed room isn’t quite a room, it’s behind a curtain in the shared living space. It’s a small but cozy space overall and close to everything you’d want at the lake, including the concert venue. We had a small issue and the response from the host was so fast! Great communication and couldn’t ask for anything better there. We’d come back for sure!

Charming waterfront cottage.

Wonderful charming waterfront cottage with all amenities including fun gameroom. It includes a nice clean shared beach in gated community. The owner was easily accessible and answered questions promptly. Highly recommended for peaceful lake front retreat.

Perfect in every way

centrally located to all the activities we wanted. Game room downstairs big plus for everyone. Owner very responsive for any questions. slept 6 with no problem. The waterfront view was wonderful. will definitely book again.

Amazing property in a peaceful location

We spent a wonderful week in this condo, which is in a quiet part of Paugus Bay. The host was really quick to respond and had the cottage stocked with all of the essentials, from linens to utensils. The condo is cozy and inviting and has plenty of space. Our teen loved having his own place to sleep downstairs and our younger son claimed the bunk beds right away. The kids loved the game room and we loved sitting on the back porch to drink our morning coffee. There is a nice swimming area on a private beach and great fishing right behind the condo. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful cottage on the lake

We enjoyed our 2-week stay at this cottage, which sits on a small privately condo-ed island. The cottage and island is great for families with small children. There's a small beach on the island where kids can play and swim on the lake in a protected area. Cottage is very close to grocery stores and nearby attractions. While positioned as 3 bed-rooms, it's more like a 2 bedroom, with a 3rd sleeping area w/ a bunk bed that's sectioned off the living rooms with a curtain. This was fine for our family, but may not be suitable for bigger families with needs for 3 private bedrooms.

The property is in a great location, this was our third time on Christmas Island and we love the private beach. We used the grill outside a fair amount, which was great, and when traveling with little ones, being able to do laundry easily was also nice. The only thing that could have been improved was clothing storage; we were there for a week and would have liked someplace to put our things in the upstairs bedroom.
