Was a great place. Close to Canal Park. The view of the lake from the porch or windows was amazing. Loved that the walking path was right there. Also was easy to navigate to the main road to various things to see and do. Close to several restaurants as well. Only have two things that could be changed:1. More cooking pots/pans and utensils - or make guest aware that there are no fry pans and cooking utensils. We made due with the griddle and one pot that was provided.2. The stairs were slippery - would suggest some rubber strips for the safety of children and elderly.

We had an amazing stay in Duluth! This VRBO was so close to the water, and the views were absolutely stunning. The space was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of sleeping options for our group. Central Location!
