There were shops within walking distance. The host was very polite and quick to respond. The street was very noisy-in the master bedroom and in the living room. Enjoyed my stay.

Thank you for your kind words about the location and communication, we really appreciate it! We also want to thank you for your feedback regarding the noise. There is currently some nearby construction taking place, which is the main reason for the increased street noise. The project is in its final stages and should be completed very soon. We truly appreciate your understanding and your valuable comments, as they help us continue to improve the guest experience. We’re glad to hear you still enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back again in the future!

We stayed for 4 nights for 3 people. The townhome is exactly as pictured and described. Older complex in NE Raleigh but the upkeep of the property and grounds is excellent. We arrived a little early and the host Chris was more than accommodating. The home has everything you need to feel comfortable. The beds and pillows are adequate for a good quality sleep. 10 minutes from Wake Forest and many good quality coffee shops and restaurants as well as Walmart nearby. Twenty five minutes to North Hills or Crabtree for great shopping. Simply a great location unless you want to go to Durham though that drive was not terrible. Durham is a nice downtown with great restaurants!! Prefer it over Raleigh any day. Also, the Neuse River Trail has an entrance right by the complex for all the nature lovers (walkers/joggers/bikers). For anyone that complains about this property in anyway, look in the mirror and you will see the problem..lol Chris thanks for a great stay. If we come back we will be looking you up. Be blessed!!

Overall we had a great stay! Very quiet neighborhood with only some minor traffic noise. There are a few repairs needed around the home but nothing that impacted the quality of our stay. We would stay here again and the host was responsive.
