We fully upgraded this cozy beach vibe unit as of July 2022. Perfectly suited for either a beach getaway or for longer term work related lodging.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you will be one block away from the beach. This unit is decorated in a relaxing beach style, and will have everything you need to kick back and enjoy your time there.

Less than 2 miles from Canaveral Port and less than 3 miles from Cocoa Beach Pier. You will be in a 5-10 min drive to the Ron Jon's, water sport rentals, gas station, endless dining, grocery store (Publix), and shopping. Only 45 minutes from Orlando Airport (MCO).

We'll be happy to provide additional personal recommendations, but we'd love to share some of our local favorite places to eat - Vargas Cafe (Cuban sandwiches are amazing), DiLorenzo's Pizza (delicious thin crust pizza), Barcada Bowl (poke), Preacher Bar (fish & chips and a wide beer selection).

*1 Year lease tenants pay electrical and $60/month for WIFI internet. Rent Includes Pool Maintenance, Sewer, Water, Trash Pickup.

Great, relaxing place to stay!

My daughter and I loved our stay and would def stay again! The place was very clean and brand new looking inside. The owners were very easy to communicate with. The beach was within walking distance but not as many restaurants or shops were but they were only a 5-10 min drive away. Definitely need rental car to sight see. The pool was a plus! Just needed more towels! Thank you!

Wonderful condo

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Everything was literally great. The condo was exceptionally clean and exactly as pictured. Communication with owners was also exceptional. Beach was close, area was very nice and also quiet. Best one we ever stayed at.

A Gem!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Pics show this gem. It was clean & comfortable. The location, location, location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood, one block off the beach & yet close to so much! Would highly recommend this rental, would stay again. Beach was beautiful! Alex & Elizabeth were responsive & communicated with me as needed. Highly recommend a stay here 😎🌴
