You will be surrounded by the major studios and one of the most iconic streets of Burbank Magnolia Park you will find restaurants and unique shops. If you are looking for a place to stay while you are auditioning or just want to sightseeing Los Angeles our place is perfect. Our place is smoke free no smoking of any kind is permitted or any parties.

Owner lives in the from house, backyard and pool may be share with the owners.

We have a ring motion lights facing the street that records all the time.

Owner owns 2 friendly small dogs. Our place is located in a second floor you will need to use some stairs.

Nicht so guter Aufenthalt

Leider war unser Aufenthalt ( 14 Tage ) nicht so gut. Der Vermieter hat während unseres Aufenthaltes große Umbauten an seinem Vorderhaus innen und außen vorgenommen. Jeden Tag, von 8 - 17:00 Uhr wurde sehr laut gearbeitet und diese Arbeiten werden auch noch ca. 2 Monate andauern. Wir konnten den Pool und die Sitzgelegenheiten erst ab 17: oo Uhr nutzen. Wenn der Vermieter vor der Buchung uns informiert hätte, das dort Umbauten stattfinden, hätten wir das nicht gebucht. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Apartment war sehr schön und sauber, aber es war nicht genügend Geschirr und Bestecke vorhanden. ( Wir haben uns noch ein paar Teller gekauft, der Vermieter brachte uns dann doch noch ein paar Kaffeebecher. Nach massiver Beschwerde wurden uns 1000.- usd zurück erstattet. Das hat unseren Urlaub nicht entschädigt. Leider Leider.....

Great place to stay! Wonderful neighborhood!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! It was beautiful, and perfect for my family to stay at! The beds were so comfy, the living room so cozy (loved the fireplace) and the pool area was great! We will for sure be staying here again! I highly recommend Pinocchio's for lunch dinner or dessert around the corner!

Burbank

Super location, with lots of things within walking distance and lots of attractions a short drive away. The place is very clean with very comfortable beds and the host is very responsive to questions and any glitches.

Burbank stay

My husband and I and our Aunt stayed is this super cute jewel of an apartment in the heart of Burbank. The location cannot be beat, close to dining and stores that are easily accessible by foot. The 2 bedroom apartment is immaculately clean. The kitchen is brand new. We enjoyed our stay immensly. We would definitely come back again.

Amazing host

The location in Burbank was great to get to Rose Bowl. Easy trip to beaches by car as well. Close to Hollywood. Great quiet town. The Host was top notch. She responded to every single message within minutes. We locked ourselves out and she had it handled in no time.
