Private 3 bed, 3.5 bath home. Convenient to Kingsport (8 min) Johnson City (24 min) and Bristol (30 min).
This home has a split bedroom floorplan with each bedroom having their own full bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the main level and one downstairs. There is a covered patio and three decks to relax on. One off the kitchen, one private deck off the master and one downstairs off the den. The den has a playstation and plenty of games while each bedroom is equipt with smart TV for entertainment.

Was a great Experience. The place was very clean and well organized. Everything was working as it should and everybody said the beds and furniture were comfy. Linens and towels were of good quality. Kitchen was easy to use and had the necessary equipment to cook meals. The owner was very attentive and answered all question quickly. Would stay again

Out of town wedding

We really enjoyed our short stay. There were enough bathrooms and beds for everyone, although one twin bed was a little uncomfortable). No other issues. Everything was clean and up to date.

Better than pictured

We were pleasantly surprised here. There are times when the photos misrepresent the property. In this case, the photos didn't do it justice. Close to stores and restaurants, but off the beaten path for quiet. No issues with neighbors or traffic. Clean, quiet and well kept. We had coffee on the back deck each morning, and sat on the front porch in the evenings. Lots of "extras", coffee pods, cooking ingredients, toiletries, etc. Ample parking for 2 vehicles. Snobby black neighbor cat that ignored us. Bring him treats.

Kingsport trip with friends

This home was not suitable for renting. One of the toilets was taped shut with blue gorilla tape. The faucet in that bathroom was broken/detached. The large shower head in that bathroom did not work but the hand held did. There was food left in the sink. The bathroom door downstairs kept falling off the tract. The bench on the deck was broken. Found that out when I went to sit on it. We could never get the tv in the living room to work. The other sets worked fine. The septic system smell outside was horrendous. Our stay was June 14-16th. Much too brief to seek other accommodations or deal with these issues. This home needs way too much work to be listed as a rental. Very disappointed as this was a vacation among friends after one lost a parent a few months prior. I was embarrassed as I picked the rental. Please VRBO remove this listing. It’s just horrible 😔

Hi Diane. I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We have 46 total reviews between VRBO and Airbnb and yours is our first/only negative review. We acknowledge the wobbly faucet and a slow flowing toilet that we taped until it was fixed. We let you know about this and you had no comment. With guests back to back there simply isn't time to fix everything before a new arrival and with three other bathrooms we hoped you'd understand that this is a house and things happen unexpectedly. The shower head works from either the handle or overhead. You just have to turn the knob on the wall. The bathroom door downstairs is on track, I'm not sure where a smell is coming from and the bench isn't broken as of now so I'm not sure what happened there. If you had communicated any of this we would've been happy to help as we only live a few miles away.
