This house was perfect for a nice weeklong getaway for me and my dog. I love pet friendly rentals. Lots of parks and areas to walk or ride bikes. It was still a little chilly at night during the week I stayed and the electric fireplace in the living room was nice and cozy for watching TV at night or reading a book. Although the house was on the main road, the driveway was long and it sits pretty far back from the highway, so you can hear some traffic during the day but it wasn't bad at all. I would definitely visit again!

The house was so cozy and clean. The walls were filled with beautiful pieces of artwork and the space was just perfect. We loved all of the mermaids. Everything from check in to check out was super easy and our was very friendly. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I was very happy that the property was pet friendly. I didn't realize it was directly on US 23. The rooms are small. Queen bed and full bed, not king. It suited our needs well. *Needs new can opener.

Daughter’s first trip

This was our daughter’s first trip and we had such a great time. The rooms were big enough for her pack and play, everything was close and the house was great. Just enough room for my family of 3.

Cute cottage

A really cute, clean, and comfortable cottage. The decor and thoughtful little extras were awesome. There were 5 of us, and we were comfortable. They offer nostalgic games for family play, which we loved. I deducted a star only because there is not a king size bed as stated, and you really can't walk to the beach without crossing US 23, which I didn't want to try with kids. The GPS showed cottage on east side of road, it is on the west.

Decent except dirty bath and bugs

The space worked for us. The firepit was great and on-site laundry. It’s a tight space , but we were at the lake mostly. Downers were the shower liner was moldy and gross. Random big ants in the kitchen, beetles, and spiders elsewhere. Needs to be sprayed for bugs!

Run down ,smelled horrible like gas and a musty odor. Stained up bed cover. Leak in the ceiling. Front deck was over grown with weeds and in need of repair. We left after sitting sitting outside for 30 minutes trying to air out the house. We had to find somewhere else to stay. I had my uncle with me who has asthma and is now on oxygen after having Covid. The host refused to refund my money. He even kept the cleaning fee.
