This holiday apartment is located in the peaceful village of Breca, in the hinterland of the Opatija Riviera. It is located on the ground floor of the house and here you have access to a beautiful natural garden where your children can play while you relax on the covered terrace. There is also a barbecue at your disposal on the property. The homeowner will be happy to help you with tips on beaches. The combination of mountain and sea climate gives the region where the house is located a favourable climate.

Visit the Opatija Riviera with its beautiful beaches, the historic town of Kastav, as well as the city of Rijeka, which is ideal for shopping, and enjoy the excellent cuisine of this region.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und die Vermieter waren wirklich sehr nett. Die Unterkunft liegt ca 15 min von Opatija und den dortigen Stränden entfernt. Für uns war das aber kein Problem. Da wir viel die Gegend erkundet haben und meistens zum Hundestrand nach Silo gefahren sind. Alles ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Unsere Kinder fanden den Garten und natürlich die Spielgeräte toll. Wir würden es aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für die ganze Familie

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Raumaufteilung ist gut und mit zwei Schlafzimmern (ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett + Einzelbett; ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett) ist es für bis zu 5 Personen ausreichend. Die Küche bietet alles was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Der wirklich sehr nette Besitzer wohnt im selben Haus und ist stets hilfsbereit ohne aber aufdringlich zu sein. Der Garten bietet reichlich Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Es entspricht vollkommen den gezeigten Bildern. Ob Trampolin, Tischtennis, Rutsche oder Klettergerüst... Kinder können sich bestens beschäftigen. Die Wohnung bzw. das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb, man ist aber mit dem Auto in 15-20 Minuten am Strand (Steinstrand wie üblich in dem Teil von Kroatien), beim Supermarkt oder in der City. Für das Auto steht ein Carport zur Verfügung. Anzumerken ist lediglich noch, daß es sich in der Nähe einer Schnellstraße/Autobahn befindet, dessen Verkehr auch zu vernehmen ist. Es ist aber nicht wirklich störend und in der Wohnung auch überhaupt nicht zu hören. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil wirklich empfehlen! empfehlen!

The room layout is good and with two bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed + single bed; one bedroom with double bed) it is sufficient for up to 5 people. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. The really nice owner lives in the same house and is always helpful without being intrusive. The garden offers plenty of opportunities for leisure activities. It corresponds completely to the pictures shown. Whether trampoline, table tennis, slide or climbing frame... children can keep themselves busy. The apartment or the house is a bit out of the way, but you can get to the beach (stone beach as usual in this part of Croatia), the supermarket or the city in 15-20 minutes by car. There is a carport available for the car.The only thing to note is that it is near a dual carriageway-motorway, whose traffic can also be heard. But it is not really disturbing and you can't hear it at all in the apartment. We can really recommend this holiday home!
