Appartement clair et calme situé près de toutes les commodités, des principaux points d'intérêt et sur la ligne de bus conduisant à la dune du Pilat et les plages océanes.

Appart très cher pour les prestations : petit frigo,nombreuses prises défectueuses, pas d'éclairage dans la chambre, mobilier de terrasse fragile, robinetterie de salle d'eau défectueuse. Sinon appartement bien situé, calmeet sécurisé. Accès parking complexe pour gros véhicule et sans éclairage. Récupération des clés trop tardive à l'arrivée.

Lattes du sol qui se décollent, ustensiles de cuisine à adapter à plaque de cuisson, accès parking exte très difficile, à signaler. Cela étant très bien placé, très calme, bien exposé, literie de qualité, bon séjour.

Appartement spacieux et calme en cette saison

Nous connaissions déjà les lieux, donc pas de réelle surprise sauf que les travaux d'amélioration de la salle de bains et du revêtement de sol de la pièce à vivre, qui avaient été annoncés pour le début du printemps, n'ont pas été effectués, dommage. Petit bémol concernant le ménage avant notre arrivée, on peut mieux faire.

Je ne repartirais pas dans cette résidence

séjour dans l'appartement Plein Soleil

L'appartement est lumineux. La terrasse est vaste, bien ombragée, donnant sur une petite rue très calme. Très bonne situation par rapport à la plage toute proche, et au centre d'Arcachon (à peine 10 minutes à pied). Commerces alimentaires à proximité immédiate de la location en particulier la boulangerie pour les croissants du matin ! Sans être luxueux, l'appartement est cependant correct et bien équipé. Et merci à Interhome pour la cafetière électrique qui manquait...

PRESTATIONS EN DESSOUS DU TARIF

Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour la situation et heureusement car l'intérieur est vieillot et il n'avait pas été nettoyé à notre arrivée En période de COVID, pas terrible. Il est mal insonorisé et nous n'avons eu aucun état des lieux ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. Tout est basé sur la confiance et c'est très moyen. pb de stockage de vélo (de la loc). Les voisins de l'immeuble nous l'ont descendu sur le parking. Il y était tjrs à notre départ. Nous ne passerons plus par interhome.
