In the resort Barcis, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the lake, 15 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property, garden. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Linen change daily (suppl. charge extra). Towel change daily (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning daily on request (extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 100 m, bar, café 50 m, bus stop 250 m, bathing lake "Barcis" 100 m. Location of the apartment was good, but sadly the water from the lake was removed to repair the dam. I found out too close to my reservation date. I sent a message through expedia to verify but never got a reply so we had to keep it. Then there were other comunication issues that made this booking stressful. The negatives from the apartment were the hard beds and you can feel the coils from the sofa in the livingroom area. The entire place was cold and we couldn't warm it enough to keep us comfortable. The place was hard to find. The positives were the views and the coffee shops were within walking distance, people seemed nice. The apartment looked clean and beautiful. I hope they can improve a bit because the place is beautiful

Geräumige ruhige Fewo

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Herbstwoche in der Ferienwohnung. Fast wie neu renoviert, mit lliebevoller Deko, aber nicht kitschig oder überladen. Matratzen super. Wichtig zu wissen für Deutsche Urlauber: Küchenhandtücher, Klopapier, jegliche Kochutensilien (Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl) müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Beschichtete Pfanne gibt es nicht. Aber mit der Edelstahl Pfanne hat's auch geklappt auf dem Induktionsherd. Eisfach gibt es keins. Die Handtücher waren nicht aus Frottee sondern dünnem Krepp, also wer darauf wert legt, bringt sich selbst zusätzlich was mit. Die Kommunikation war freundlich, vertrauensvoll und flexibel, als wir die Ankunftszeit nicht ganz einhalten konnten. In der Nähe sind einige leichte Mountainbike Touren möglich. Im Dorf gibt es eine Enoteca, ein Alimentario, und einen ..naja ...ich nenn es mal kiosk-laden/bäcker, der täglich offen hat. Viel los ist dort nicht, aber genau das wollten wir. Lage direkt am See und Grillmöglichkeit im Hof fanden wir super.

Lieu paisible et belle situation.

Le lieu et l'habitation sont très typiques et c'est cela qui fait le charme. Au niveau de l'équipement, il manquait 1 essuie vaisselle et un essuie main pour la cuisine. La propreté des pièces état correcte ,cependant, sous l'évier de la cuisine et les bouchons des éviers des salles de bains, laissent à désirer.
