Perfect for my trip with the boys for the World Finals bass fishing tournament. Place was clean and it was really relaxing we came back from the lake. Screened porch was perfect for getting ready for the next day.

We had a great time staying here! It felt like a home away from home. The renters were very attentive and right there when we needed anything!

Really good house to stay

The house was very good , nice and relaxing and very comfortable. The only bad thing was the parking ,if you have a boat not the best place but if not be good.

The house was decent. Nice patio to relax on. The game area is ok, dirt floor. But we enjoyed the ping pong table. Living space had a pullout bed, kids enjoyed camping out there to watch tv. Has a W/D but the dryer didn't work. Kitchen had all necessities we needed. Two sofas were outdated and pillows stained. Would be nicer if they just replaced linens and pillows. Doorway entrance to hall was crumbling off, we tried to help it by putting painters tape on. Overall, would we come back? Yes, but we just expected too much for the price.

Lake getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. Its close to the lake and just 20 minutes away from shopping and restaurants. So it was the best of both worlds. Some of the neighbors had chickens that came to visit us. The kids thought it was amazing and loved the game area. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun and games

We had a great stay. Very clean and neat with everything we needed. Just a short drive to the marina for a day of fishing. We spent hours playing air hockey and ping pong.

Kitchen was full of gnats. Washer was broken and owner knew about it. When I called she said she hoped it would make it through our week long stay. However they did replace it while we were at the lake. Also grass was shin high in the front yard. There's an old wooden deck that's rotting in the yard and terrible for kids. Too many wasps and mosquitoes to sit outside comfortably.

Fun getaway

We had a fun getaway. This property was nice and had all the necessities provided. The game space was fun for the kids especially since it was rainy. The grass in the yard was quite tall and made getting to the fire pit area difficult. Overall it was great and we would stay there again.

Disappointed

House was nice. Grounds were overgrown. Trash in driveway. Looked forward to games on ground level, but ceiling over games location didn't look safe. Expected to be able to access private beach, but area was locked. Second beach option had no bathrooms or tables. There was another beach not too far away that was nice. Choose this location because of games and nearness of beach - both were not acceptable. Rented for 4 nights, but went home after just 3.

The property was nice but the neighborhood was full of TWEAKERS not a minute walk to water a 5 mile drive all around property was aboned grown up son was shocked by a outside electric line that somebody cut mowing yard sewer floods down below where arcade is was not enjoyable scared to let my daughters outside worried ab the people it was a scary place all around supposedly had wal mart order dropped off never seen it nowhere will not rent from vrbo again thanks for miserable vacation

Lake Texoma near dam

Great host and house. Near state park, dam and other day use areas. If it is wet or rainy then wont be able to use gameroom and the short dirt road will be muddy
