Be one of the first to stay at this newly constructed single-level home with convenient parking and easy access - right across the street from an open park/play area. Upon entering this bright, clean, roomy, comfortable home, you will be greeted with expansive windows which showcase sun, sky, and the bay. The two connected patios feature the best of outdoor relaxing and living: hot-tub, lounge chairs, propane grill and heater, and dining al fresco. All with bay views.
Book this unit and you will have free parking access to all of Sonoma County National Parks (one car).


Stay in, prepare and enjoy meals in the fully-appointed kitchen which features brand new, high-end stainless steel appliances (Wolf, SubZero, Cove), wine cooler, and a granite kitchen island with counter seating for six. The dining room table seats eight comfortably. Gather together in the family-friendly living spaces featuring comfy couches, upholstered chairs/footstools, and movable comfy “poufs.” Enjoy evenings warmed-up by the gas fireplace. Explore entertainment to your heart's-desire with the large state-of-the-art Sony Smart 4k HDTV, and a large 'Infinity' electronic game table (no pieces to lose!), already loaded with dozens of favorite puzzles and games including ‘Ticket to Ride’, ‘Sudoku’, and ‘Trivial Pursuit’; young gamers will love playing ‘Chutes and Ladders’ and ‘Candyland’ with you! This family-friendly home is also equipped with a Pack-n-Play (playpen), high chair, beach and park toys/kites, and beach towels for your use. High-speed Wifi, heat, and laundry machines are also provided.


The en-suite bedroom features a full-sized bed, walk-in closet, and direct access to the patio and hot-tub; the en-suite bathroom features a high-end bathtub and shower. Bedroom #2 features a full-sized bed, while the third bedroom features a playful twin-over-full bunk. The second full bathroom also features a shower-tub combo.

This is a great vacation rental. All supplies in the kitchen to cook with, to go to the beach, peaceful location, easy parking, centrally located. Loved this place.

Beautiful house with Harbor Views

We stayed at this property for a couple days to celebrate a PhD defense at the Marine Lab. It was a great space for having people around afterwards and the hot tub was a wonderful treat. We also loved the regional park pass, the fireplace, and wine chiller in the kitchen. And the infinity game table was a very popular way to pass the time!!

Holiday weekend

The house was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the cooking gadgets and supplies we needed. The common areas were also very comfortable. Overall it was great, however the main bedroom had a much smaller bed than we would have preferred. It was a double bed, which can be pretty tight for two middle aged people. Also, the neighborhood was pretty empty being that the houses are all in a brand new development which didn't give us a very "Bodega Bay" feel. But it was clean and quiet.
