Welcome to a newly renovated two-room attic apartment in a house from the early days. Anyone who moves in here, a few steps from the sea, quickly knows what it's like to be a sea child. Up to three people can make themselves comfortable here on around 50 square meters of living space.
The open living and dining room clearly shows that attic rooms and modern living comfort go perfectly together. You can relax on the couch, but you can also sleep, the dining table invites you to eat, play and spend time together. The kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette. Of course, a ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery and everything necessary for daily use should not be missing. A WiFi network is available free of charge for your convenience.
The motto is also beautiful living in the bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm). Because it is proven that you sleep longer in a comfortable bed than in an uncomfortable one, it will surely be a well-rested holiday for everyone.
Then there is probably the most private of all rooms, the bathroom. Here you can switch off with a soothing shower and look forward to the many rested moments on the beach.
Everyone is guaranteed to be green on the furnished terrace of the holiday home, because summer lives here. If you relax on the 30 m² terrace, dreaming in the green in front of you in a deck chair, you have a short vacation break. By the way, midsummer feeling: grill in style on the 3-burner gas grill (gas bottle can be ordered for a fee).
If you want to go for a swim, you only have to go out the front door, use the promenade and then use the beach access.
By the way: There is a car parking space and a bicycle storage facility directly at the house.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace (not smoker apartment).
