Built around 1900, the apartment "Roos" is located on the edge of the music district of Constance on Lake Constance and is housed in the spacious attic of the former "Villa Melena". The apartment in Constance on Lake Constance with a cute roof terrace to the south and views towards the Swiss Alps has two rooms and 4 beds, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The apartment is bright and embedded in a "green" environment. It is hardly 300m to Lake Constance. Shops, sports, thermal bath, weekly market, center, bakery, forest, Seestrasse and much more in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Parking is available in front of the house in the street and the nearest bus stop is barely 100m.

Rustikale Wohnung in malerischem Dachgeschoss

Sehr freundliche und kooperative Vermieter. Wohnung mit allen notwendigen Eigenschaften. Balkon (Dachterrasse) mit Möblierung hervorragend eingebaut zwischen Pflanzen; nicht einsehbar. Zwei Buslinien direkt vor der Haustüre. 5 min. zu Fuß zum Bodenseeufer. Doppelbett auf der Galerie weniger geeignet für kleine Kinder und Mobilitätseingeschränkte.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Eine außergewöhnlich schöne, hervorragend ausgestattete, geräumige und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einer alten Konstanzer Villa mit besonderer Atmosphäre, in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Optimal gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Seestraße; Stadt und Badestrand am Hörnle können bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und diskrete Vermieter. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen...

Es war toll! Super Quartier und tolle Lage!
