Get a special January deal on this lovely Lakeside split-level home! It includes a heated pool, amazing sunrises and sunsets, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master suite boasts a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Plus, there’s a queen bedroom and a room with two twin beds, along with a twin air mattress, propane grill with utensils, and a short drive to the beaches. You can also take a stroll to Sun Splash Waterpark, a bowling alley, and shopping centers centrally located to Cape Harbor, South Cape District, downtown Fort Myers, Pine Island, and more. During this time of year, you’ll find plenty of farmers’ markets nearby, and you can visit local Leon-owned grocery store, Farmer Joe’s for local produce and unique options. Plus, you can enjoy a leisurely bicycle ride through the charming and quiet neighborhood. This home is pet friendly with a maximum of two pets with a nonrefundable pet security deposit. Additional pets are considered at the owners discretion. There are no parties allowed. There are security cameras located on the outside of the property on the west side of the property the garage garage door ring doorbell east side of the property. There are no cameras inside of the dwelling or in the pool area, cameras are only monitored while the property is unoccupied.

The home was perfect. Figured out pool water heater and the pool was great. Fish amenities were a little lacking but did the job. Location was okay but no fault of the owner. Only around 20-30 mins from most things youd need. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if we come to the area.

Awesome Vacation Place

Our family had a great time at this beautiful property with stunning views of both sunrise and sunset! We enjoyed watching exotic birds, turtles and fishes by the deck Pool was nice and warm, we didn’t need heating since temps were in the 90’s in July. There were abundant towels and supplies of basic vacation needs. The property manager was very pleasant and responded immediately when we had questions. Overall, we had a nice and relaxed, memorable experience at this property!
