Welcome to our centrally located property, just a short walk from The Ohio State University campus! This comfortably furnished space offers easy access to a multitude of attractions, including the bustling High Street with its various dining and entertainment options. Additionally, being conveniently situated just north of the campus, you'll love the convenience of staying here during game day weekends, especially as the Buckeyes kickoff their football season!

The Space:
This 6 bed, 2 bath unit was meant to host your next gameday watch party. A full service property that is great for entertaining and will allow you to sleep comfortably at night with our 6 spacious beds. Enjoy the games available or experience everything Buckeye Country has to offer with just a short walk to the center of Ohio State's campus!

Guest Access:
There is a lockbox with a key for you to easily access your unit when checking in and out.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (2.5 miles), The Shoe (.5 mile) and Ohio State campus are all right around the corner.

Getting Around:
Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.

Other Things to Note:
The property is near the Olentangy Bike path which runs throughout Columbus and is a scenic route along the Olentangy River. Easy access to The Shoe and OSU campus just outside your door.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

The stay was alright, but the house was hotter than it was outside. We were cooking in there. It was very hard to sleep. I wasn’t able to the last day since it was 74 in there with the cool air on. The second floor shower also leaks onto the first floor and we had to put a bowl down

Great location. Host was communicative before stay, no communication as I had to call to get check in instructions after check in time. Kitchen was untidy with food debris on top of refrigerator, coffee stains on floor near front door, and dishwasher full of dishes that had not been put away. Coffee maker had been replaced to drip from KCups. No drip coffee or filters in the space. 2nd floor shower has black substance in shower ceiling. It was pet friendly.
