Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 250 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the covered terrace (together with common room) with garden furniture. Bedroom with TV. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 8 chairs and 5 sunloungers. American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen as intersecting room and with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 2 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 baby bed and TV. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 2 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
2nd floor: Gallery with On the second floor there is a playroom for children, a table tennis table, fitness equipment and an additional refrigerator. Bathroom with shower.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Malinska. The holiday home is located on an open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) in the garage and on the property.
