"Rustic House Olea" - over 100 hundred years old -was completely renovated in year 2016. All you can see around is the beautiful nature. House has three floors + loft. The ground floor is furnished with fully equipped kitchen and dining room, organized as an old-style tavern with fireplace and a big dinning table an ideal space for friends . One bedroom, extra double bed, TV and bathroom are located on the first floor. On the second floor there is another bedroom, big sofa, TV and bathroom. Above, the spacious living room, there is another bedroom with additional bed. House is ideal for family vacations and relaxation for groups of friends. During hot summer, you can relax in the lounge, relax on the terrace or enjoy the beautiful green garden with grill or just relax at the pool. The house is located approximately 2 kilometers from the sea. In the village there is no traffic. House has a big parking place. In the evening you can walk to the center of Malinska which takes 10-15 minutes. To the nearest shop it takes 2 minutes with scooter or 5 minutes with bike. Scooter an 2 bikes are available for use.

Einfach traumhaft!

Nette Gastgeberin, sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Es ist alles da, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Betten und Kissen sind sehr bequem! Es gibt einfach nichts an dem Häuschen auszusetzen. Waren da mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern ( zw 3 und 9) und der Platz war mehr als ausreichend! 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Der erste Eindruck war der wundervolle Geruch der Stern Jasmin um das Haus Olea!

Das Haus Olea war für uns (4 erwachsene, 5 Teenagers und 2 11j) wesentlich bessser als auf den Bilder. Ganz oben ist ein Zimmer mit 3 Schlarfplätzen erreicht durch ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett. In der mittleren Etage ist ein Doppelzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad. Auf der erste Stock ( abgetrennt von 2 und 3 Stock) ist ein Doppelzimmer plus noch ein Wohnzimmer ( mit Bettsofa) plus ein Koje mit Doppelbett. Diese waren auch abgetrennt vom Ess/Kochbereich im Erdgeschoss. Für die Teens boten die 2 Wohnzimmern ( mit super WLAN) gute Ruckzugmöglichkeiten. So könnte die Erwachsenen Abends ( und früh morgens) gemütlich unten noch sitzen und reden ohne die schlafenden Kinder/ Teens zu stören. Das Pizza/ Backofen und Grillmöglichkeit ins halb aussen Essberich war einfach genial ( es gibt auch ein Gasgrill mit Vorbereitung/ Spulplatz noch zusätzlich). Das Haus ( und pool) saß in die Bilder kleiner aus als es wirklich ist. Für 2 (groß) Familien ( es gibt 2 Bäder) ist es perfekt. Es war genug Platz im und um das Haus das jeder sich richtig wohl fühlen könnte. Die Vermieter sind richtig nett und auch flexibel und haben alle unsere Fragen im Voraus und auch während unsere Aufenhalt beantwortet. Ich wird es nicht für Familien mit kleinkindern empfehlen wegen die Treppen. Uns hat diese rustikal aber gleichzeitig Moderne und super ausgestattet Haus so gut gefallen das wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen wurde. Das einzige negativ ( und es ist wirklich eine kleinigkeit) ist die wenige Steckdosen neben die Betten. Wir bringen aber nächstes Mal ein paar Verlängerungskabel mit um die Handys/Tablets zu laden 😉. Vielen dank Brigita und Familie für das wunderschöne Urlaub in Haus Olea.

Fantastic interior, quite neighborhood and most helpful hosts

This villa has the rare characteristic of making you feel at home. The interior and décor is carefully done Mediterranean style and with perfection like a boutique hotel. Surely you will find everything you need in the house, it´s super clean and wifi works. You will find many restaurants, beaches and supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. This place is perfect to gather a family or travel with teenagers as we do. We had the cozy kitchen and the outside dining area in ground level to ourselves in the mornings without disturbing the teens that slept a bit longer. Would we come back? Yes - indeed! It´s quite, but still close to everything and Krk island has a lot to offer and still isn´t overrun by too many tourists.

Modern stone house in quiet enviroment.

It is one of the best addresses on the island Krk. The traditional Stone house is equipped with all the modern amenities you need. The friendly house owners gave us a warm welcome and many good tips about, restaurants and other attractions around the Island. Best regards Swen

Perfect family vacation

Vila Olea made our short vacation as perfect as possible. Owners were very helpful and their tips "where to get fresh fish" turned our family prolonged weekend into a culinary delight that we could only dream of. The surrounding offers a beautiful nature for hiking after a large meal. But if you are not a fan of waking, the house is so spacious that you can always find your peace or hang out with the others near the pool or in the "konoba". Konoba is a perfect place to geather a group a friends or family around large table and share delicious local food with them. Kids were satisfied and safe in the garden and the only shame was that it was too cold to use a pool. So I guess we are coming back :)
