Sehr schöne Villa mit sehr freundlichem Vermieter

Der Aufenthalt war großartig. Alles hat bestens geklappt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen. Es ist nicht einfach als recht große Gruppe junger Erwachsener eine Villa zu bekommen. Schön, dass der Vermieter das Vertrauen in uns hatte, dass alles gut abläuft. Man sollte halt ab 23:00 wegen der Nachbarschaft eine gewisse "Nachtruhe" im Garten einhalten, was aber eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte und für uns auch kein Problem war. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Woche.

A very good place to relax

The house ist very comfortable, clean and can accomodate easily up to 12 people. The owner ist always available amd takes care of any issue immediately. Well, there was nothing to complain. The Pool was checked daily so we had Cristal clear water at highest quality at any time. We loved the Konoba! The landscape is very natural, pebbly beaches which ist good for snorcheling or diving. We will definately come back.

Der Vermieter war vor Ort nahezu jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr freundlicher Umgang und Kontakt. Das Haus ist schön und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. In unserer Woche war das Wetter super, sodass wir viel Zeit am Pool verbracht haben. Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen und einem Kind vor Ort. Die Zimmer in der oberen Etage hätten etwas größer sein können. Alles sauber und funkitonsfähig.

Im großen und ganzen eine Runde Sache

Hallo Vedran, vielen Dank für die super Urlaubswoche.Der Internet Auftritt der Villa ist nicht übertrieben.Wir waren mit drei Familien zu Gast und hatten alles da was man zum alltäglichen Leben braucht.Drei voll ausgestattete Küchen, eine Wachmaschine und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder(Pool,Tischtennis,Fußball etc.). Wir ,die drei Familien, kommen sehr gerne wieder. Gruß Familien Fischer,Kurku und Tonguz

Ein Hoch auf Vedran

Ein rundum toller und erholsamer Urlaub, was unter anderem auf die nette, unaufgeregte und hilfsbereite Art der Vermieter zurückzuführen war. Die Villa versprach alles was in der Beschreibung genauer erläutert steht. Ein perfekter Ort für größere Gruppen gemeinsam Urlaub zu machen und trotzdem genug Platz ggf. für einen individuellen Rückzug.

Beautiful Villa & Great Location

This is a beautiful villa with plenty of space. Villa is split up into three air conditioned apartments and then another communal kitchen-diner. Pool was spotlessly clean and great seating area for eating and socialising. The Villa owners were great and popped round a few times to make sure all was perfect for us. We had 8 people in total and really enjoyed our stay. The villa is in a quiet village, not far from the small bay of Silo and only 20-40 mins from lots of other lovely places on the island. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Schönes Haus, ruhige Ferien

Wie von uns gewollt, ein ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Pool und viel Platz. Vedran hat uns gut betreut, die Einrichtung war relativ neu und hatte alles nötige für erholsame Tage.

Bon emplacement, bonnes prestations, excellent accueil

Nous étions 4 familles avec enfants soit 15 personnes et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La villa est situé à quelques minutes en voiture de de la mer. C est un emplacement idéal pour qui veut visiter l île au long de la semaine. L'endroit est moins venté que les villages côtiers et assez central sur l île La maison dispose de toutes les prestations attendues. Piscine entretenue, décoration soignée, télé lave vaisselle grands frigos, cuisines équipées, wifi performant, petit terrain de foot, barbecue, balançoire toboggan et cabane d enfant. Tout est récent et fonctionne. Le propriétaire est accueillant et nous a donné de judicieux conseils pour visiter et profiter au maximum de l Île. Il n'y a Vraiment pas grand chose à redire si ce n est peut être des places à l ombre pour les voitures et encore je chipote! Un conseil : prenez les coordonneees latitude longitude pour trouver la villa car certains gps n enregistrent pas la rue dans le même village ( polje, silo...).

Wunderschönes Haus mit hohem Erholungsfaktor

Wir waren vom 16. Juli - 30. Juli mit zwei Familien (jeweils drei Kinder im Alter von 10 - 18 Jahren ) in der Villa Vita. Das Haus ist ideal für zwei Familien, somit konnten sich die Kinder eine Wohnung teilen (drei Schlafzimmer) und jeweils die Eltern eine separate Wohnung. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, somit ist auch über Tag ein hoher Erholungsfaktor gewährleistet. Der Gemeinschaftsraum wurde als Küche genutzt (inkl. Spülmaschine). Eine herrliche Terrasse (mit 12 Stühlen und großem Tisch) und ein Pool 24 m² mit 6 Liegen stehen zur Verfügung. Ein Grill und eine Tischtennisplatte sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Vermieter reinigt ca. alle zwei Tage den Pool. Handtuchtausch sowie Bettwäschetausch war nach einer Woche ebenfalls ohne zusätzliche Kosten möglich. Ca. 400 Meter entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt vorhanden. Größere Einkäufe kann man sehr gut in KRK erledigen. In den benachbarten Orten gibt es sehr schöne und gute Restaurants. Allerdings ist man hier auf ein PKW angewiesen, da in Polje kein Restaurant vorhanden ist. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten auf der Insel sind mit dem PKW kein Problem. Hier können sehr schöne Orte wie z.B. KRK, Vrbnik, Baška oder Dobrinj besucht werden. Viele verschiedene Strände können ebenfalls besucht werden. Entweder wo es viele Touristen hintreibt oder einsame Wildbuchten können problemlos mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Der Vermieter und seine Familie waren wirklich top. Sehr höflich, nett und zuvorkommend. In Summe können wir die Villa Vita sowie die Insel KRK nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Es war ein toller Urlaub.
