Amazing brand new summer villa with unique architecture and magnificent sea view, located 250m from the sea, on residential hillside overlooking the bay, surranded by beautifull beaches only a few minutes away, so everyone can find his favourite beach.
Within walking distance of the village of Klimno, if offers complete privacy in close proximity to shops, wonderful seaside restaurants and two beaches.Large windows and high ceilings emphasise the generous scale of the living areas and air-conditioned bedrooms.The ground floor living and diningroom lead out to a pool terrace, which provides a shady spot for relaxing overlooking the pool and sea.
Modern desing villa with 230m2 living space and 100m2 of terrace can accommodate up to 10 person in 4 bedrooms. Three of four bedrooms have sea view,overlooking the bay.The pool can be used from April till October.Our guests can enjoy the sun on the endge of the pool or on the roof terace, with their friends and family.This modern(minimalist) villa with architectural signature, consists of three floors plus deck,ground floor with fully equipped bedroom with private access and bathroom, first floor has direct access to the pool, plus dinning and a spacious living room with kitchen in one place, plus one bedroom with sofa and bathroom. The second floor consists of two glass suites with king sizes beds and bathroom with access to the roof terase.The ground floor living and diningroom lead out to a pool terrace, which provides a shady spot for relaxing overlooking the pool and sea.

Das Haus ist wunderbar, alles da was man braucht. Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund also viel Platz. Wir haben von hier aus die ganze Insel erkundet und einen herrlichen Urlaub über den Jahreswechsel verbracht. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen.

Super Haus mit wunderschöner Terrasse mit Pool

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie auf den Bildern. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und der Empfang von Nina war sehr herzlich. Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Urlaubswoche!

Séjour agréable. L environnement est calme malgré le vis à vis et la proximité des maisons.

La location est conforme a l annonce et la maison est très agréable. Le prix est un peu élevé compte tenu de la situation géographique. L Île de KRK n est sans doute pas un des plus jolis sites de la Croatie

Sehr schönes Haus, mit tollem Meerblick

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt, wobei wir vor allem die Terrasse mit Pool und traumhaften Meerblick genossen haben! 🌊 Die Kommunikation mit Nina war super, immer schnell und sehr nett 🤗 ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar, größere Besorgungen kann man in der Umgebung mit dem Auto erledigen. Von den Nachbarn bekommt man kaum etwas mit, die Sauberkeit des Hauses war OK, das Mobiliar relativ gut in Schuss. Es gab auch ausreichend Handtücher und sogar Babybett & -hochstuhl 👍🏻

Haus für einen perfekten Urlaub

Wunderschönes, geschmackvolles und modernes Haus. Sehr sauber. Zimmer alle etwa gleichgroß, macht die Aufteilung einfach. Vermieterin Nina sehr nett und bemüht, immer erreichbar. Toller Blick, Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub mit Freunden.

super Urlaub

Tolles Haus mit allem was man für einen super Urlaub braucht! Ruhige Gegend, das Haus hat alle Annehmlichkeiten. Die Nachbarn bekommt man fast gar nicht mit. Nina ist eine super nette Gastgeberin, die uns auch einen besonderen Ausflug vermittelt hat. Der Ort ist klein, aber alles da, was man braucht - kleiner Lebensmittelladen, ein paar Restaurant, besonders schön das am Meer. Fußläufig zu erreichen der Heilschlamm von Soline, zum kleinen Strand am Meer ist es auch nicht weit. Auch auf Krk kann man viel unternehmen (Unterwasserwalk, Zipplining, Wandern, Hochseefischen...). Wir hatten wirklich eine schöne Zeit (Familie mit drei Teenagern).

Sehr sauberes, modern eingerichtetes Haus mit einem Super Meer- und Bergblick. Wir waren zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei Kindern zwischen 1,5 und 10 Jahren. Großes Lob an die Vermieterin: sehr freundlich, immer Erreichbar. Wir haben uns gut Aufgehoben gefühlt. Und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert
